My mentor, Dr. Robert O. Young, PhD, DSc, ND has new information about how water harms and heals. It’s vital to learn for everyone, regardless of health status.
People sometimes have a vague notion that our bodies hold a lot of water, but most of us think of ourselves as quite “solid”. In fact, we are made of water, mostly water! So, the quality of the water we drink is REALLY important.Water composes over 70% of your muscle tissue, 75% of your brain tissue and more than 80% of your blood, the River of Life. Every tissue, even bones, contain varying amounts of water.
You, alone, feed your 60 trillion cells, hopefully with only healthy, alkaline food choices, but all of our cells ONLY DRINK WATER. No other beverage counts, and in fact, other beverages rob your body of vital water as it tries to process them. Some “beverages” dehydrate because they must be diluted or dissolved e.g. milk and others are natural diuretics e.g. coffee, too much regular tea and many herbal teas.
So, what should diabetics drink? Only pure, alkaline water. Alkaline water that has a high pH of 9, like Evamor *, can “take a lot of pressure off of your pancreas” says Dr. Young. Your pancreas is charged with the responsibility to alkalinize your food as it exits the stomach, before it harms the small intestine. Everything there must be alkaline.
If you drink alkaline water with your meal (and between meals), you will be building your “alkaline reserve”. This is what keeps everyone alive. It is what protects you from your acidic cellular environment — which is brought on by the natural end-products of metabolism, stress, negative thoughts, poor food choices and under or over-exercising. The acidic cellular environment then requires you to detoxify, if you are to maintain or regain Health.
You can detox by flushing-out yourself with alkaline waters and by making yourself alkaline — with calm time, alkaline food and alkaline water and laughter. You can test morning saliva and urine (each has a different normal pH range from the other). Test strips are made specifically for this. See References below for sources.
Research is showing a huge difference among waters. We have seen the differences reflected in Dr. Emoto’s photographs (see the articles in the Archives Tab on the top toolbar). But, there are huge variances in pH, too. pH measures the amount of acidity or alkalinity of a substance.
Most municipal water systems not only have the wrong kinds of water molecule shapes, which cannot enter your cells (thereby also causing dehydration), but the water is mostly too acidic, also; this happens when it travels a long way in pipes and the types of vortex or lack of vortex created in the pipe.
We must also know the sources and pH of spring waters, for even they can be out of our pH range depending on where they are from and the environment they flow through.
Visionary Austrian forester, Victor Schauberger, discovered in the early 20th century that water from streams which have been denuded are not as healthy as forested streams. The heat of unshaded streams not only kills fish, but dissipates the “natural energy” that primal water has as it leaves the ground. This is why it is imperative to replant riparian habitat of our streams. Schauberger showed all healthy water must spend time percolating up from the ground — he said rainwater was “immature” water rather than being a positive, pristine source.
It is important to learn about Schauberger’s work and the legacy of research done by France’s official hydrologist, Claude Vincent, in the early 20th century.
Professor Vincent’s research covered all of France and was an epidemiological study to try to see if there was any association of cancer rates linked to the water people drank. He showed there was. The healthiest waters came from the deepest artesian sources and this water was primal water which was highly-energized (ORP potential) and more likely to be alkaline in pH. As water degrades, its pH becomes more acidic. This was happening long before we had planetary issues of acid rain and massive industrialization; then, deforestation was an important cause.
Vincent also measured the rH2 level which tells about the number of electrons in the water. It is the flow of electrons which provides “energy” (just as it does in an electrical wire), and oxidation is a process which robs electrons (inside and outside our bodies) and that is why anti-oxidant foods and supplements are needed for good Health. Poorly energized water from denuded streams or flowing through plumbing systems in cities was more likely to cause health problems, too, Vincent found, as it becomes more acidic as its electrons are robbed.
The healthiest people on the planet, like the long-lived Hunza tribe in Pakistan’s Hindu-Kush Mountains, are the healthiest largely because their glacial waters are among the most-energized on the planet and have micro-colloidal minerals carried along in it from where the glaciers are grinding minerals from the pressured-rock. It’s a unique environment replicated in most pristine, high climes e.g. Mt. Rainier in Washington has the same kinds of conditions but tribal people no longer live there for us to see its long-term benefit. Vincent measured the dissolved minerals and they were plotted as R value.
When Vincent’s research was analyzed, he saw that there definitely was a strong correlation between the high-energy (rH2), colloidal (R), high alkalinity (pH) water and Health. The particpants whose Biological Terrain Assessments (BTA) showed they were healthy were the ones lucky enough to drink these energized, alkaline waters with high colloidal mineral content. Whereas those with low-quality water were not healthy and suffered from cancer (and later we have added diabetes, chronic fatigue, obesity, hypo-and hyperglycemia, heart disease, auto-immune diseases like arthritis). There was a direct and undeniable result.
Recently, the Norwegians have found an even more pertinent correlation in regard to Type 1 Diabetes. Dr. Lars Stene, of Akar and Ulleval University in Oslo, reports in the Journal “Diabetes Care” that children who drank municipal waters which measured pH values of 6.2 to 6.9 (these are acidic levels) were more likely to develop Type 1 Diabetes.
His study compared the 64 Type 1 Diabetic children who drank this acidic water against 250 non-diabetic children who drank “neutral” pH water of pH 7.
Everyone is likely to need alkaline waters, with today’s life-style pushing us over the edge. Especially for diabetics, with all of this in mind, talk over getting alkaline waters into your Type 1 Diabetes regimen with your diabetologist, endocrinologist, diabetic educator or internist. If they agree, then test frequently to adjust medication, as needed. At the very least it should help your pancreas to have less of a load making the alkaline buffers, which may then help it adjust and heal its insulin-producing ability. People have healed Type 1 diabetes from a variety of regimens; it is possible.
Dr. Young states: “The most critical need is to correct the loss of electrons in blood, urine and saliva, which has been highlighted by my experience working with obesity, hypo or hyperglycemics, Type I and Type II diabetics, cancer and AIDS”.
The number of electrons in your water is so important as their loss is one reason why diabetics and pre-diabetics struggle with lack of energy. It is the electrons which chemically BIND with the acids to change them and transport them out of your body. And many of the electrons are also lost in the frequent urination which plagues diabetics.
Dr. Young continues, “The vital importance of the rH2 or ORP measurement to overall health is impossible to ignore. If the blood is found to be oxidized by more than two units on the rH2 scale (the scale goes from 0 to 44, 22 being a healthy non-diabetic), this indicates that it has 100 times less electrons than a healthy level, and a person with hypoglycemia or diabetes will usually complain of some degree of low energy.
A level over 25 on the scale (indicating 1000 times less energy or electrons in the blood) then the client is usually suffering from a hypoglycemia or chronic fatigue and diabetes, with its debilitating low energy. These high levels of oxidation are often associated with high levels of tissue acidity, indicating a generalized increase in aging of the tissues in these conditions.
A 40-year-old with hypoglycemia would often say, ‘I feel like I’m 70 years old,’ and their BTA (Biologic Terrain Assessment) test (like Dr. Vincent did) would give them a biological age of 72 years! Also, their urine rH2 would show an 18 to 20 where there blood rH2 would be at 25 or greater, indicating a high level of electrons being lost due to excess acidity in the blood and tissues.
As these clients reclaimed their health by alkalizing and energizing the blood and tissues, their biological age and oxidative stress would fall and their acid/alkaline balance would normalize. Initially, I would suggest drinking alkaline water, but after testing their drinking water, I realized that common sources of water were highly oxidized. I mean highly oxidized, with rH2 values approaching 30 or 10 to the negative 8. That is, 100 million less electrons or energy than should be in the blood.”
Dr. Young’s solution was to design a new water rehabilitation system, one that takes tap water and recreates it into healthy water. It is unlike any other water system. You can find out more about it at his site listed below. He is also selling his precious water in individual amber or blue glass bottles (the blue wave-length has been found to beneficially aid what is contained inside).
This is SO serious as most municipal water systems produce No-energy water. In fact the usual system has 100 million times less electrons than our blood needs every moment, and we are always losing electrons we have. They have to constantly be replaced. Only alkaline foods and alkaline waters give electrons to us. When we don’t replace them, we become energetically-depleted, and lack-of-energy states arise, which we call “illness”.
Dr. Young states that in a diabetic, “The total deficit being close to 10 billion electrons per liter of water drunk and urine passed. Clearly, the degraded water we drink and the fermentation of excess blood sugars in the diabetic is acting as a huge drain on energy reserves causing pancreatic and adrenal stress.”
We are energy-BEings. All we are IS energy, held in a water form.
Please take a moment to Understand all this. The solution of alkaline water like Evamor is only a first step. Really, just as important is to change the energy-level of the precious water you drink, in order for you to have a chance to really regain your Health.
He suggests drinking 4 liters of his highly-energized water a day, for the average-weight adult (approx. 154 pound person). Diabetics probably should gradually aim for what he mentioned in my seminar for highly-acidic people i.e. 1 liter of alkaline water per 30 pounds of weight (unless you have kidney issues). Consult your physician.
Diabetes is not going to be corrected at its root cause by anything your doctor normally treats you with, in my opinion. You will need to get them to agree to look outside the narrow box of their narrow thinking and learn what is working and what new research shows. I encourage you to learn more yourself and have the courage to be proactive with your medical caregivers. Put them in contact with Dr. Young.
Best to all — Em
* High pH waters can vary. I do NOT recommend Trinity water, as it is high in natural fluorine.
