Here’s an important Truth revealed — individuals vary, but the Optimal Diet is approximately 75% alkalizing foods (minimum) and 25% acidifying foods (maximum), by volume. Why do you need this ratio and how do you achieve it? If you are overly acidic, what Danger are you in? It would be nice to know, don’t you agree? You need this information especially seeing the vast majority of Westerners are dealing with an overly-acidic life-style. If you have any chronic health issue you also need these answers, and then please share them to help prevent illness from starting in the first place.

As humans, we evolved in an alkaline ocean environment and even today our body’s internal environment needs to remain alkaline, with a pH in a narrow range just above 7.0. All of our enzymatic, immunologic, and body-repair mechanisms function at their best in an alkaline environment. How do we become and remain alkaline to be Optimally Healthy? Many of our habits, even seemingly-healthy ones, are counter-productive. But, you can get out of the maze! Here’s how to start.

Well, we first need targeted scientific information and then educated action. This is critical because while we strive for the optimal internal alkaline balance, we are constantly thwarted — as our biochemical functioning, the processes of living and the metabolism of food — always produces a great deal of acid, which we must eliminate daily. Once we are not able to handle the acid-load, we die.

For example:

___ when we exercise or move we produce lactic acid in our muscles which must be disposed of along with its accompanying carbon dioxide.

___ when we eat, we generate acids. For example, we can produce sulfuric acid when sulfur-containing amino acids are metabolized and we often consume high amounts of phosphoric acid whenever drinking soda beverages and we eat other acids (like regular, commercial vinegar) as a food additive.

___ acids are also generated in immune responses, which manifest as allergies and hypersensitivity, and also from stress reactions, which generate substantial amounts of acidic by-products.

To regain the life-supporting alkaline state, we must buffer / neutralize metabolic acids from all sources. We do this through combination of the acids with salts of alkaline minerals – calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium.

And, as bio-electrical Beings, all of this biochemistry happens in the realm of the tiny positive and negative charges that are part of the innate structure of the atomic world we are made of. Negative charges are healthful. Positive charges are harmful, and acid status is based on an excess of positively-charged ions which need partners to be neutralized. By providing negatively-charged atomic partners (electrons), we “neutralize” the acid.

Food is the way we bring new bio-electricity into our system. Some foods have more beneficial negatively-charged ions than others. The best alkaline foods have lots of negative ions available. Many of the beneficial buffering salts are naturally occurring in fresh vegetables and some fruits.

For example, potassium citrate and potassium malate are salts of organic anions (negatively-charged ion particles) commonly found in fresh produce. In metabolism, these organic anions have the ability to accept positively-charged hydrogen cation particles and this is how our human bodies reduce the acid load and create an alkaline balance or neutrality.

The common, root-cause of all Dis-ease is having an excess of positively-charged ions from food and external stressors and metabolic processes which act as free-radicals, damaging your organs, tissues and DNA until they are neutralized by the chelated-forms of the alkaline minerals: calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. Acid – Alkaline imbalance is the cause of all illness, and Balancing pH is the start of Health.

Start by reviewing the foods listed below. These are mostly winter foods, (it’s important to eat most of your food in its true-season of harvest, but these days, I include off-season foods, like most salad greens, as most people need all the “help” they can get!).

I will list more summery foods, for the Southern Hemisphere’s current needs, another time. Concentrate on eating these charted foods at least 75% of your intake and go online, if necessary, to find the pH alkaline waters – I recommend Evamor and Essentia.

Generally, regardless of season, other whole fruits and animal protein should be only a tiny % of your diet, but if you are Healthy, then summer is the time to eat more whole fruits and more juicy vegetable types.

Back to water. You can get an idea of your tap water’s pH from your water company, but only certain spring’s waters qualify to drink, these days. Unfortunately, today very little tap water is pH neutral; most is pH acidic. You need alkaline waters or neutral waters, only. (Look at the Title Archive tab on the top bar, above, and read my other water articles, including about Dr. Masuru Emoto’s work with the necessary structure of water — another reason NOT to use tap water!).

Remember, over-acidity is not benign. It leads to serious disease, and quickly, depending on your diet and life-style choices. Pathogenic bacteria and viruses need an acidic environment to grow and exist. Being alkaline means that your Bio-Terrain will not host these robbers-of-Health at all.

Acidic internal environments also literally eat you alive, eroding your arteries and organs and their ability to function. You must do everything in your power to keep your children alkaline, (and if they are always ill, it means they are already too-acidic — but help is worthwhile as they can still return to full pH-balanced Health faster than you can). For yourself, it takes time to undo years of ignorance or abuse, but the Journey is the only way back to Health.

American doctor William Howard Hay, MD first spoke of this theory and practical treatment in 1933, but Louis Pasteur, on his deathbed, recanted his whole Germ Theory of Disease in deference to the Truth other scientists at the Pasteur Institute had found in the late 1800s! Some of these scientists went on to win the Nobel Prize in Medicine. This research at the Pasteur Institute became the root of the Bio-Terrain Theory of Health and Disease elucidated here. The French have always subscribed to the Bio-Terrain Theory and have continued to research it.

Dr. Hay states:

Now we depart from health in just the proportion to which we have allowed our alkalies to be dissipated by introduction of acid-forming food in too great amount … It may seem strange to say that all disease is the same thing, no matter what its myriad modes of expression, but it is verily so.

Young, PhD, DSc and Christopher Vasey, ND along with Dr. Thomas Rau, MD all espouse the need for the strategies outlined in this series as the way to regain and maintain Health, as well as championing the Bio-Terrain model that all Disease comes from the same Root – over-acidity of your body’s tissues. We’ll talk lots more about all of this, but get started by making 75% of your food intake, at least, from this charted-list, only.

“that a food’s acid or alkaline-forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. For example, lemons are very acidic, however the end-products they produce after digestion and assimilation are very alkaline so lemons are alkaline-forming in the body. Likewise, meat will test alkaline before digestion but it leaves very acidic residue in the body so, like nearly all animal products, meat is very acid-forming.”

The USDA Food Chart seems to just reflect external pH, and therefore is not applicable here because it does not reflect the mineral ash created as the end product of our internal metabolic processes. The pH of that ash created inside us, “in vivo”, decides the group the food belongs to, not a piece of litmus paper sitting on the food in a petrie dish, “in vitro”.

Cherokee Prayer Blessing

I am traveling home, and will try to add to this post during the week, so please check back. UPDATE: November 21/22 (we made it hope safely, thankfully, and have enjoyed the holiday with our family. I hope you did, too.)

I have called this post Real Remberance because I think the Native Americans are continually being short-changed, even today, and we will discuss this more, in the future, especially seeing their forced-change to a Western-style life-style has caused them so much misery and they are the largest single group of diabetics, ethnically, in America, that I know of, because of this.

We continually reap the benefit of their ecologically-sound principles and herbal knowledge to help our own Health, and it is time that more of the Americans of “other” heritages make sure that the Hospitality and life-saving skills that the Native American tribes extended to the First European settlers is truly “paid back” by making sure that:

___ the First Nations’ sovereignty is continued to be protected by Law

___ that their “official” designation of “Native American” is not manipulated by our Government (as it is now) to disenfranchise those whose ethnicity percentage does not meet the Government’s constantly revised standards. Tribal standards, which vary by individual tribe, is all that should “count”.

With intermarriage, the Government is hoping, soon, that there will be no “qualifying” Native Americans anymore, and then the final land-grab can begin. Unbelievable, but true practice. I found this out 10 years ago on the Makah Reservation from a responsible community leader. That is one reason they have fought the US Government so hard to keep their rights to hunt whales, their  main traditional, staple, animal food.

It’s a complex issue, so I’ll return when I have more time, but meanwhile, I hope that you will add some Native American recipes to your Thanksgiving Feast, as I always do. Here are a couple to start you off.


Hidatsa Stuffed Sugar Pumpkin

1 sugar pumpkin, 4 to 5 pounds

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons rendered fat

1 pound ground buffalo, venison or beef
(use buffalo or grass-fed beef: from Whole Foods + good Health stores)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup cooked wild rice

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon crushed, dried sage

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the top off the pumpkin and remove strings and seeds. Reserve seeds for another use. Prick the cavity with a fork and rub with 1 teaspoon salt and the mustard.

Heat fat in a large skillet; add meat and the onion and sautéé over medium-high heat until browned. Off the heat, stir in wild rice, eggs, remaining salt, sage and pepper. Stuff the pumpkin with the meat mixture.

Place 1/2-inch water in the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Put pumpkin in the pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours, or until tender. Add more water to the pan as necessary to avoid sticking.

To serve, cut pumpkin into wedges, giving each person pumpkin and stuffing.


Cherokee Spiced Jerusalem Artichokes

1 pound Jerusalem artichokes or “sunchokes”

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon mustard seed

1/4 teaspoon dill seed

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Salad greens, for serving

Scrub artichokes and cut into 1/4-inch slices. (Scrub to remove any sand or dirt particles sticking to the skin, and they DO stick there). Blanch slices in boiling water for 1 minute; drain and set aside.

Pour remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over artichokes and marinate for several hours, refrigerated. Serve as a salad, on a bed of greens.

NOTE – Jerusalem Artichoke is an ancient, popular Native-American food. It is an indigenous North American tuber, which grows from the roots of the perennial sunflower. It was misnamed “Jerusalem” from a variation of “Girasole”, an Italian word for ‘following the sun’.


As time goes by, I’ll try to put on more Native American recipes, many of which use indigenous American foods, as I have an extensive Native-American recipe library at home …. and I will recommend some cookbooks, too.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and as you sit at the table, take the time to really enjoy and articulate all your Blessings. They are all around you, every moment, every day. Your Life will be enriched when you start to truly notice them.

Steven King wrote a novel thriller called “The Children Of The Corn”, and although it may have been fiction, on one level, we really are reaping what we sowed. A powerful poison, made from corn, is raping and pillaging your Health, due to a convenient and troubling lack of Congressional and Health Agency oversight. What is this substance hiding in plain sight in much of our food since the late 1970s?

By the way, if you haven’t read Parts 1, 2 and 3 yet, please do so, first, by finding their links at the tab on the upper bar called Titles Archive They are on page 2.

Do you want the name of your overt enemy? Have you guessed what HFCS stands for yet? Well, here’s the answer — High Fructose Corn Syrup. Sounds benign doesn’t it? It’s NOT!

It’s from “corn”, therefore it ‘should be healthy’, right? No! Fructose is usually thought of as ‘fruit’s sugar’, so that should be healthy, right? No! The more you learn about HFCS, you’ll see that this is another Big Business ploy to ruin your Health while making you personally pay to do so, and pay yet again as a taxpayer, in mega-millions by government corn farm-subsidies to Big Agribusiness, if you are an American.

Well, what’s SO bad about High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), after all, we see all those cute little cupcakes etc. made with Karo Syrup and are encouraged to use corn syrup recipes at every turn in family celebrations. Well, this Thanksgiving, you can save your family by NOT using any HFCS in anything!

Then, you will have a real reason to give Thanks.

First: The Big Picture, then back to the Science and Health aspects of why you must stop using HFCS.

Want to learn about your covert enemy next? Well. a grave offense has been levelled against you and your family, all in the name of Greed, by the True Powers-of-the-World, through their main agribusiness and addictive-products companies like: Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Unilever, Coca-Cola etc.

The military-industrial complex is an arm of the global, hidden government, who do intend to depopulate the world, by wars and any other means, as they have done for the past nearly 8,000 years of continuous power.

Unlike Steven King’s stories, unfortunately this is NOT fiction. Wake-up, come out and learn who your real enemies are and how the world is really run. Only then do you have a chance to make Real Change happen, and get rid of the Power our dictators hold over us.

Subtlely poisoning our food and water has become a great covert weapon in the more advanced countries, instead of being able to continue to perpetrate wars in them directly, anymore.

This global power-base is the reason why our governments don’t work properly on our behalf and why our “leaders” conveniently do nothing, but offer a circus to keep us “occupied”.

The agenda is to create the New World Order, as manaical and devoid of freedom and self-determination as can be perpetrated. The closest public information in an entertainment format, were aspects of the movie “Soylent Green” and especially in the TV series from England (the seat of Illuminati Power at the time) with Patrick McGoohan, called “The Prisoner”, which aired in the 70s or 80s. Yes, many in Hollywood know the real situation, but there are 2 camps there, also.

If you have ever wondered why ‘Government is not working!’, ‘why these unhealthy things are allowed to stay on the market, even after Science has long since shown their danger’, then understand, it is a conspiracy, for real.

Secondly: now, for just some of the known dangers behind HFCS.

There’s nothing natural about HFCS. Just forget this form of “corn” completely, as it is a purposely manipulated so-called ‘food’. I’ll just call it a poison, for that is what it is.

First and foremost, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is CHEAP! It is much less expensive than sugar, so food manufacturer’s chose it to save them money. It began to be used in food in great quantity in the United States in the 1970s CE and in this past 30 years, diabetes has doubled in the United States, and childhood obesity has tripled! This effects all of us, and you must act. There is no age window of safety. If you are eating this poison, or letting your children do so, it is immediately impairing and eroding your Health and theirs, too.

The Science showed it to be detrimental fairly quickly, but in all the intervening time, government has never banned its use. Why? See the “Big Picture” explanation, above, for the answer. And Big Agribusiness, like Archer Daniels Midland, gets a US government corn subsidy paid for by “We the Taxpayers”, to make this poison. For every $1 profit ADM makes, it costs the American Taxpayer $10! What racketeeering. But the Illuminati are Big Business to a great extent — especially Big Agribusiness, Big Chemical Corporations, Big Pharmacy companies, Big Food Manufacturers, Big Oil, Big Media. As I said, they have had 8,000 years to create or get into any advantageous “game in town”, technology, legal or illegal way of making money as well as consolidating their oversight of global governance.

Corn producers, alone, received tens of millions of dollars, about 1/3 of the federal farm subsidies — more than cotton, rice and soy combined. And, you should also be aware that corn is one of the highest genetically-modified crops in the world — and here we have Monsanto, again, maker of the dangerous artificial sweetener Aspartame / NutraSweet, rearing it’s ugly Big Chemical Corp. head, as the source of most of the GMO Franken-food organisms and “research”.

GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) “food” crops create Franken-food! Our body doesn’t know this stuff. Why should it expect to find a shrimp gene in a grape, for example? This so-called “technology” is not needed and it’s not benign (either ecologically, for our Mother Earth — playing god with the natural-world at great risk OR for people, as hidden-genes are especially dangerous for those with true food allergies). Corn is also, on its own, a highly allergenic food. So why should we let HFCS make corn’s use so prevalent? It’s not logical at all to do that! When something in government is not logical, start wondering why. It’s a red-flag that something is not right.

___   The reactions to HFCS, as a toxic substance, has caused people to become obese. Fat helps save your Life by walling-off toxins that would otherwise kill you immediately. Since about 1960, the average American woman and man have gained an extra 25 pounds in weight. Americans are the fattest people in the world. It is not just how much we eat (much of that biochemically-driven by eating addictive foods), but it is also created by the foods we ‘choose’ (also, often chosen because addictions are created by these ‘foods’).

It is all SO insidious, that for decades, we have been guinea-pig fodder in the race to make the most people unhealthy, and thereby shorten their lives and time on the planet, because we are using-up “resources” that the Illuminati don’t want used-up as fast, and want them to be there for the Elite, instead.

Archer Daniels Midland, Coca Cola and Pepsi are the biggest makers of HFCS. In a fairly recent study, scientists at Rutgers University studied 11 different carbonated beverages, all using HFCS, and found dangerously high levels of reactive carbonyls in them. Old fashioned “table sugar” has no reactive carbonyls (that’s NOT to say that sugar is “good”, but HCFS just gets yet another big strike against it); HFCS is riddled with these reactive carbonyl molecules which are always at elevated levels in diabetics anyway, and which cause massive tissue damage in your body.

Over these past decades, most of the diabetes epidemic happened in people who became obese, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or more. The Center for Disease Control in Atlanta estimates that diabetes “costs” our country nearly $50 billion dollars annually, beyond the actual health-care costs of nearly $100 billion. This crisis is going to potentially bankrupt America if it is not dealt with properly. (See part of John Edwards’ solution below.)

Make no mistake Diabetes is Big-Business, so the Elite are “busy” creating it, caring for it, “managing it”, as they do also for heart disease and cancer, created from the same roots, due to massive pH imbalance from by the sugars, alcohols, tobacco and drugs they push.

HFCS is the second ingredient in most sodas, and makes the equivalent of 17 teaspoons of sugar ingested per quart of soda beverage. Start reading labels on all kinds of food and beverages; you’ll be amazed at all the places this poison is hiding. Sometimes it is called “crystalline fructose” on the label, especially in “health” foods.

And, it is tough on your body to try to “process” HFCS, and even if your body does not manage to digest it, then HFCS still damages your body. How?

___   A University of Minnesota study showed HFCS increases triglyceride levels by 30% in people who use it, compared to those who use table sugar. High triglycerides signal that you are well on the way to “creating” heart disease.

 ___   Among other things, HFCS also blunts your body’s ability to recognize satiety and it also increases your appetite, so you just keep eating (and drinking) yourself to obesity, diabetes and death, all the while you’re “paying” those who are killing you slowly by using this cheap killer on purpose or for just making an extra mil or cent or two at your Health’s expense.

___   There’s also a rise of uric acid in your bloodstream, if you ingest HFCS, and this bodes ill as it puts your body-wide pH seriously out-of-whack as well as being the major cause of GOUT. With high Uric Acid, you are far more likely to develop Metabolic Syndrome X.

___   And HFCS blocks the use of insulin.

___   Dr. Meira Fields, PhD and her team at the US Department of Agriculture did many HFCS studies; in this work, we see lab rat’s usually longevity of 2 years is reduced to a life-span of 5 weeks with exposure to high levels of HFCS due to fatal harm to the liver and pancreas and heart. Handwriting is on the wall for those humans who are ingesting HFCS too.

___   And even more to the point, is a study from the University of Southern California, wherein non-diabetic children drinking HFCS beverages showed marked reduction in the action of their pancreas’ beta cells ability to control their blood sugar after HFCS ingestion. Without the extra influence of HFCS, becoming diabetic usually cuts 10 years from your lifespan. Is drinking and eating this poison worth that cost and more?

___   And, the current research seems to show that with ingestion of HFCS, there is a lack of insulin involved in needed brain chemistry, which in turn creates Alzheimer’s Disease, which scientists are beginning to call Type 3 Diabetes. Insulin is normally created in the pancreas and in the brain!

___   Fructose must be processed in your liver, and that over-worked organ, in today’s toxic world, really gets stretched to the max to try to deal with HFCS. It debilitates the liver and creates fatty degeneration there. This has serious consequences for our liver’s ability to function and to create the balancing hormone diabetics and all of the rest of us need, glucagon, the energy-producing hormone. The problem for children is even more pronounced, as parents in the last several decades have stopped feeding their children liver. Eating only organic liver (from calf, lamb, beef, chicken) is a necessary step that is protective for adults and children alike. And, silymarin in the herb Milk Thistle helps support your liver, too.

 ___   High Glycemic Index ‘foods’ like HFCS also falsely trigger the neurotransmitter Serotonin, especially in women, says Dr. Ann de Wees Allen, ND at www.glycostudies.com . This has implications for causing depression etc. as serotonin imbalances are serious and implicated at the root of many biochemical roadblocks and disease states in our bodies.

What better way to “control” populations, especially the most-educated ones, than by making them over-stressed, depressed, fat and tired! That’s what The Elite are doing, globally, and it is becoming more and more effective in these last couple of decades. But at the moment you are knowledgeable, you can thwart their Plan and save your family and yourself.

As an obvious next question, we can all ask “is fruit bad for us”? The recommendation from holistic physician Dr. Joel Fuhrman, MD when speaking about the fructose, HFCS issue, is that 1 – 2 pieces of whole fruit is OK in an otherwise fructose-free diet; juices are not OK, and especially the ones containing anything other than pure juice. You can have 1 ounce of juice a day; most people won’t bother. However, one nutritious juice to use for your 1 oz. is pomegranate. Studies show it does marvelous things to help your heart, circulatory system, removing plaque in clogged arteries and preventing clots.As HCFS creates heart damage, then this is an even more important suggestion.

There are stages to answering this simple question. In natural, whole fruits, the maximum of fructose is about 50% and if eaten in moderate amounts, a normal liver can handle processing this amount of fructose. The other 50% of fruits’ sugar is in the form of glucose which is processed by the pancreas, using its messanger hormone, insulin, saving the liver extra work, and balancing the work between your 2 most powerful organs. But, as we said above, fruit juices are another story, and children, especially, tend to get more of their fruit portion from juices. This is not a good idea. Juice is a fractionalized food and it is very concentrated. See the study above which shows how much even non-diabetic children’s pancreases were overworked using fruit juice as the sample food.

And, with the high use of HFCS, concerned physicians and chiropractors are speaking out. One chiropractor stated that ‘modern American children’s skeletal systems are turning to mush’, as the cartilage and ligament integrity is being eroded by HFCS. Just how will we be able to live, work and have a decent life and defend our country (learn more about how thousands of our soldiers were poisoned in Part 2), if necessary, with this being perpetrated on us?

Learn the facts, then make good choices. We need millions of people to make better decisions, and gradually reclaim their Health by doing so. Adults need to make better choices for their children and to educate them as to why the old-ways are being left behind.

What is also insidious about HFCS, is that the companies which make HFCS can manipulate the sugary profile in it. Whereas it began as approximately 25% fructose and 75% glucose; it is now made as approximately 80% fructose and 20% glucose, with devastating consequences. The dangers of high fructose corn syrup are profound and numerous. How can you escape them, when HFCS is so pervasive in our food supply?

___   One option is to look at products made in other countries, as HFCS is less or non-existent there. Look in ethnic markets and in the gourmet section of supermarkets. Japanese and South American products are often sweetened with stevia, a natural South American herb of the chrysanthemum family which is hundreds of times sweeter than table sugar, without any insulin impact.

___ Look for other natural, low Glycemic Index sweeteners and use them instead. Here are some examples. Agave cactus nectar is a safe sweetener that is low Glycemic Index i.e. does not make blood sugars rise. I’m also beginning to investigate Lo Han, a Chinese fruit-based sweetener, used herbally for other reasons, for thousands of years, (but usually not as a sweetener — although it obviously has a sweet taste). Prickly Pear cactus can be made into purees to help flavor foods too, and it has a Low Glycemic Index, as has Sunchoke (Jerusalem Artichoke), a source of Inulin, a sugar well tolerated by diabetics. Learn to be creative using these alternative, all-natural. low Glycemic Index sweeteners. Or, use minute amounts of real, organic sweeteners, once in a while, like organic maple syrup and organic raw honey (not for children under 3 years old!) and organic molasses, if you like the taste.

But, by using stevia for the last 25 years, safely, in Japan we find only approximately 24% of teenagers and adults are overweight, compared to America’s 65% of obese people (because Americans use HFCS, which is almost unknown in Japan). So, with a human track-record like this, why has America’s Federal Drug Administration (FDA), charged with protecting American’s health, not outlawed HFCS and gone ahead with legitimizing stevia? Good question.

Stevia was finally allowed on store shelves only as a supplement, not a food —- that’s a big legal distinction here. In America, for decades those promoting and producing stevia were persecuted, having their supplies confiscated,  literature destroyed, warehouses etc, wrecked by US Government goon squads — all at the instigation of Big Pharma and Big Agribusiness. There’s no “money” in using stevia; it’s natural and can’t be patented, and it’s not providing subsidy money like HFCS is. So, Big Business makes sure that the FDA continues to confine stevia and not publicize or promote the use of it and the other safer natural sweeteners, either to the public or to manufacturers who are not in the Elite’s cartel.

If you think your government is likely to protect your Health, think again, especially if you live in America. Courageous candidate John Edwards just mentioned that he will use Executive Power to remove the healthcare benefits of members of Congress and his Cabinet officers if they do not pass Universal Health Coverage within a short time, if he is elected. John thinks outside the box, and there are only a very few more candidates which also deserve your scrutiny. * Yes, all this may sound like the fictionalized “Da Vinci Code”. Unfortunately Dan Brown trivialized and marginalized a real and present danger to us all.  What proof exists? Lots! Here’s only a tiny bit of information —

Only 2 American Presidents have had the courage to speak out, as did the enlightened Meiji Emperor of Japan in the 1800s. Many heads of state do speak of it privately, but these were the only public admissions I know of.

Circumstantial evidence is incredibly high. For example: did you know that 40 of the 43 US Presidents are genealogically closely-related? Far too much for co-incidence, eh?! The global power group supplies to us the candidates it wants, selecting both parties’ “choices” and paving their way to be the “front-runners”. We really have only the ‘dark-horse’, less-likely-to-win candidates to depend on as more-likely honest people.

But, I also have personal knowledge! I actually saw and heard President Jimmy Carter say the Truth about the military-industrial complex’s supreme global Power and the US Presidency’s complete impotence before it and the long-time shadow government that rules the world, on local TV when I lived in Washington, DC in 1977-78, and immediately, the transmission was “interrupted” (scary!). He was very clear! Jimmy Carter was not an insider; he was a ‘dark-horse’ who was not expected to “win”, but as a Naval Academy graduate, the Illuminati expected they would be able to have him toe-their-line. He managed to speak the Truth only once. Thank God for that one time of Courage!

President Dwight Eisenhower, in his farewell speech, also tried to alert the country to the fact that the military-industrial complex was running amok, as ‘a government within our government, answerable to no-one in our government — just answerable to the global leaders at the Top, (the New World Order’)’ , which is very real (and the Bush Family has been on the global government’s side, for more than 3 generations).

This above-our-governments’ jurisdiction group, beyond the rule-of-law as we know it, was trivialized in the “fictional” “Men In Black” movie. Trivializing it as fiction has been very effective, as you seem like a not-credible nut-case even talking about it in real conversations, as I am trying to do here. Do your research and you will find the real conspiracy.

The supra-global, hidden world government does exist, centered it seems in the Secretary General of the Jesuit order of the Catholic Church (Pope John Paul 2 tried to wrest all the Power from the Jesuits, early in his Papacy, and they are likely behind the assassination attempt on him).

The Elite’s economic arms of Power are in only the upper echelons of those attending the World Economic Summit at Davos, Switzerland every year and the cartel of companies and banking institutions they run, as well as the upper echelons of 33rd Degree Free Masonry, Council of Rome, Council of Foreign Relations, Bilderberger Group, World Bank and several more “front” institutions, mostly centered in the United States and London.

The Illuminati (Elite) encompass every creed, every religion, both genders, are installed in every socio-economic ‘class’, and are in every country. They’ve had 8,000 years of continuous Power. It’s very hard to know your enemy, but the genealogies are public, so they can tap each other, and this has been invaluable for researchers.

Many times, someone on the far-edges is “tapped” and then ‘miraclulously succeeds’ in gaining power (for example Albert Gore, Sr.); then the real-world is “explained” to them, they are monitored by “handlers”  (in Gore, Sr’s case, it was Armand Hammer) and they inevitably kow-tow to the threats against themselves, their families, their countries. Royalty is also seriously implicated, which makes historic sense.

It’s amazing to have to write about these people on a Health Blog, but really very necessary, if you want to thwart their agenda to kill you off, and profit while they do that!

This is your personal guide to guerilla food warfare against big-business factory agriculture and food processors. If you want to regain or maintain your health, you need to read this. A 28 year old, accomplished American marathoner, Ryan Shay, died this week during the Olympic trials in New York City, so no-one is immune from the potential, insidious, long-acting ramifications of a hidden, tainted food supply and the physiologic changes it makes in your body.

At this point, we’ll wait for information, but who knows if what Ryan did not know about his food contributed to this tragedy. Present indications are that Ryan had an enlarged heart, from about age 14, so here again, we can learn from this and pay attention to the health of our children, on every level – physiologically as well as dietarily, socially, emotionally and spiritually. As parents, we can also get multiple opinions, if a problem surfaces. His doctor always discounted his risk. But many of the foods eaten in youth come back to haunt you with physiological damage then and later in life.

In Parts 1* and 2* you learned shocking facts about your everyday food supply and we now begin to widen the discussion and offer suggestions for help, beginning in this article. It’s best not to include man-made ‘foods’ (like artificial sweeteners) or fractionalized ‘foods’ (like table sugar) in your diet, but especially if you do, and continue to do so, you need the information which follows in this series. If you decide to eliminate these 2 greatly harmful sources, Brava! Bravo! And, you still need the information below to be even more effective in managing your Health.

One of the first things to understand is that you have a human body that is running a bio-computer program that is 100,000 years old. You are programmed with the exact same body as humans had in Paleolithic times, and its needs, instincts and “view” are still that of a Paleolithic person. What does that mean to you?

For Modern Humans, a diet that is not natural-based and chronic stress are the “usual”, whereas, for Paleolithic Humans, diet was the natural, whole-food in their landscape and stress was periodic, short-lived and then over. (A quick chase by a saber-toothed tiger, and you either won or were eaten!) But, our body is NOT made to withstand failing food and chronic, unrelenting stress. It wears us away, first by damaging our adrenal glands, and as a consequence of that, a cascade of other hormonal dysfunction begins. Type 2 Diabetes is part of that.

Dr. Susanna C. Larsson, in the Department of Environmental Medicine at Sweden’s prestigious Karolinska Institute, has done research which proves the connection between amount of sugar intake and pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is a difficult disease to treat, so prevention is paramount.

Her research involved nearly 78,000 people over 8 years. For those studied who consumed 5 or more servings of added sugar daily, there was a 90 percent  increased risk (that’s nearly DOUBLE the risk!) of developing pancreatic cancer. Most startling is the fact it only took 2 servings of sugary sodas daily to bring about this higher risk. “Consumption of sugar-sweetened soft drinks, which contain large amounts of rapidly absorbable sugars, induces a rapid and dramatic increase in both blood glucose and insulin concentrations,” they wrote.

Dr. Timothy Brantley, ND of www.thebrantleycure.com writes in the Health Facts section:  “Take a look at what the average American consumes in a lifetime:

___   Hamburgers:  6,720 ( 2 per week for 70 years)

___   Bagels: 13,400 ( 4 per week for 70 years)

___   Candy Bars: 3,360 (4 per week for 70 years)

___   French fries: 6,720 ( 2 per week for 70 years)

___   Doughnuts: 3,360 (4 per week for 70 years)

___   Cans of Soda: 20,160 ( 6 per week for 70 years)”

I can’t see how any living body can deal with such abuse and be expected to be able to maintain Health.

So, prudent diet choices and initiating stress-reduction are an intregal part of steps for Health. And, stress-reduction even goes hand-in-hand with diet, because improper diet can over-stimulate our adrenals, too, adding uneeded, extra stress yet again. It all just spirals upward, feeding on itself OR you can cut to the chase and change your habits and change your chances of a better life with good longevity.

Food solicits biochemical reactions and makes them, when and after it is being digested. As a consequence food is broken into its smallest parts, enters your bloodstream through the tiny ducts in your small intestine and then it creates your blood-sugar “level”. If there are too many simple sugars, from table sugars, from artificial sweeteners (whose chemistry elicits the same reactions) or from even too much carbohydrate at one time, (from most types of carb sources, too), then blood sugars rise quickly, that is your blood sugars “spike”.

Next, insulin, your calorie storage hormone is called in to quickly lower your blood sugar “level”, by taking “extra” sugar out of your blood stream and consequently, away from your cells which need it for energy. If too much blood sugar is removed to fat storage by insulin, then your blood sugar “level” becomes too low, and and apart from getting ‘fat and tired’, a dangerous hypoglycemia attacks. A roller-coaster ride ensues as you try to balance the high and low blood sugars over hours, or day after day. How can you stop the roller-coaster?

Well, one way is to learn about the Glycemic Index. We’ll talk more about it in ensuing weeks, but a quick over-view here is that Canadian scientists in the 1980s discovered that every food has its own signature profile as to how it behaves to solicit a response by insulin. To manage your blood sugar levels, you need this information. There’s a big difference among even whole, natural foods — let alone what happens when you eat man-made, factory-invented ‘foods’.

Each food’s profile has been assessed and re-assessed over the decades, and the world’s leading Glycemic Index researcher is now Dr. Jennie Brand-Miller, PhD, at the Universityof Sydney, in Australia.

Dr. Brand-Miller and her team have confirmed and re-confirmed a wide array of the world’s foods and have included those eaten in a wide number of countries, including the third world. As the obesity epidemic is world-wide and increasing, this information and education is crucial for everyone. It’s also essential to learn more about “Glycemic Load” — do not just look at the numbers on the chart, as the basis for all your food decisions, but it’s a good start. We’ll discuss all of this another time, but meanwhile, get acquainted with the GI Chart. That will be plenty for you to do until I post again. Start to revamp your favorite recipes, with the GI in mind.

If you have eaten or continue to eat the 2 worst culprits — table sugar and / or artificial sweeteners — then you need excellent bowel motility to help you detoxifyalthough that won’t solve all the problems created by ingesting these poisons.

If you suffer diabetes, chronic constipation or high cholesterol, then this information will help you too.

Learn about glucomannan. It is the soluble fiber of the konjac root, a plant used in Japanese cuisine to make “konnyaku”, a no-taste, mild gel that takes on the flavors of the foods which surround it e.g. if placed with the other ingredients of sukiyaki. (Regard it as the relatively tasteless unflavored gelatin-like Asian food — but whereas gelatin is from animals and is NOT a soluble fiber source, konjac root [known as Devil’s tongue] is a wonderful source of the soluble fiber glucomannan).
