In 1996, Jim used MMS to cure his own severe case of malaria, when he was in his mid-60s in Guyana (with proof from his hospital administered blood tests before and after MMS treatment).

MMS effectiveness was also proven in 2 official, clinical trials (one by the Government of Malawi) on Jim’s process and both show MMS to be able to work miracles. The 2 trials were conducted in Malawi, a country in Africa which is raked by malaria. Cure rates for malaria using MMS were 99% – 100%, (that’s amazing success in comparison to traditional drugs)and cure was effected in HOURS, instead of weeks and months.

People were able to return to work in days, and remain productive citizens, instead of being a huge drain on their society, all because of a heretofore too-often deadly mosquito bite.

Jim’s new protocol acts on the foundational base chemical formula of MMS.  The efficacious ingredient of MMS was included in the oft-used formula for Stabilized Oxygen which has been used internally for ages.

S.O. was first made in Germany in 1926 by Dr. Willam F. Koch, MD, and S.O. has been studied and found safe in more than 100,000 clinical trials over decades, and before that, the major, efficacious component in S.O. was used as an antiseptic in clinics for more than 100 years, but the information about its success internally was not being made public.

More than 75,000 people in Malawi, and even more in Uganda, Congo, Mexico, Guyana and other countries have been helped already, by Jim’s efforts to get the word out about MMS, and go to train people to make and administer the supplement. In the course of the African malaria trials, Jim and the other doctors and health workers saw that MMS was curing other diseases, too, that the people already had to e.g. AIDS, HIV, hepatitis A, B and even hepatitis C, herpes, TB (tuberculosis), most cancer (including melanoma and even as a cure for pancreatic cancer – a case study is in Part 1 of Jim’s book) and ending many other diseases, like flu, pneumonia, warts and abscessed teeth!

Using MMS, over 60% of the AIDS victims who were treated with MMS in Uganda were well in 3 days, with 98% well within one month!

Jim tried to contact Oprah Winfrey, who has a high-profile campaign to try to “help” AIDS orphans in Africa, and he couldn’t get in the front door with her, even with all the documentation he has. It really makes me think more about Oprah, and whether she’s subtly been changed in ways we do not see. How much more powerful it is for the children whose parents have AIDS currently, not to be made orphans, ever! I can’t see why Oprah didn’t welcome Jim with open arms. Something is amiss. Maybe she has too many “gatekeepers”.

Jim also tried to approach Bill Gates, whose Foundation is spending ‘billions’ in Africa, as a high-profile “Humanitarian” front for Big Pharma, to “try” to cure AIDS, and Jim, a real Humanitarian, has already cured HIV / AIDS, for pennies per dose.

In a real-life thriller, as MMS cuts Big Pharma out of the equation, they have first tried to ignore Jim Humble and then attempted to terrorize him. Only his own high-level government contacts in Guyana protected him from the long-imprisonment demanded by 2 Big Pharma companies. As the Big Bullies they are, they instigated threats to withhold medicines from the Guyanans, the Health Minister admitted. And, Bill Gates, is also in Big-Pharma’s pocket or is blinded by them, so conveniently said he ‘wouldn’t listen’. Can you believe it?!

Jim has not been paid at all for this wonderful new health tool which is saving lives, and yet he has done all the research, trials and administration of the medicine so far at his own expense. He can no longer continue to do this, as his life-long savings are depleted now, from the work, and he lives on his Social Security pension alone.

All the while, Bill Gates, world’s richest man, is looking to enlarge his “legacy” and add “Humanitarian”, as a Johnny-come-lately, and is not willing to share even thousands for something which is working, already. This really shows Gates’ colors and motivation, and the intended or current manipulation by the Drug Cartel of those “billions” of dollars.

And, as he is in his late 70’s now, Jim has asked the four people he entrusted the formula to, (to be production sources for those who do not want to make the preparation themselves), to never sell it for any more than about $20 for a one year supply per person. Health for pennies a day. This is a serious commitment to the planet’s well-being, by all involved.

MMS can be safely given, as directed, to children, babies, animals, plants as well as adult humans.Those with known health issues should proceed cautiously, taking it slowly, starting with less than is suggested in the book and working up in dosage after your body shows you it is ready. On a recent audio interview, Jim suggests heart patients, with stents, start out with 1/10 of a drop. Do that by just drinking a smaller amount (1/10th) of the already-mixed dose. Those with severe coronary artery disease should be sure to follow the protocols in Part 2 of the book. Others could start with 1 or 2 drops. Always reduce the dose by at least one drop if you have a healing-reaction; then proceed slowly again to up the dose when you feel the time is right.

Jim continues to work with Dr. Hector Francisco Remero G, MD a physician in Sonora, Mexico, Professor Paz at the University of Sonora and a pair of renowned American doctors at the William Hitt Medical Center, a clinic in Mexico. As an update from the published book, with input from these physicians, Jim made a major change to his protocol, as so many people have diagnosed and undiagnosed yeast infections. Because MMS is so potent, it can be very effective, but we do not want to keep feeding the yeast, in any way. Vinegar will feed the yeast, so vinegar is no longer to be used to activate MMS.

(See my previous post where Dr. Robert O. Young, PhD feels that yeast is the main parasitic source of much of what we call disease, and how it can be killed by an alkaline environment, which MMS instigates.) In the past, Dr. Young created a product using sodium chlorite as “pH drops” to be added daily to your drinking quota and greens drinks, at a specified concentration. So, from another source, we see the powerful alkalizing source that this mineral is.

The Stabilized Oxygen Formula found its way to the USA in about 1930, and everyone thought, for the next 80 years, including prestigious university researchers, that the oxygen in the formula was indeed bio-available to our body. Jim proved it was not.

In order to be used by our human body, for good causes, oxygen must be in its elemental state. That means, it is not a charged ion, a rogue wanting to form electron-partnerships with all and anything to complete its electron needs (this is the way we usually hear about oxygen, and it is the reason we take “anti-oxidants”). Elemental oxygen is different altogether.

The oxygen component in the original Stabilized Oxygen formulas is ionic oxygen, which has a minus 2 negative charge and is NOT usable in our body. (The makers of stabilized oxygen formulas were so secretive, they would not even list the ingredients on the labels back then.) Through various processes, that oxygen from the S. O. reverts to water in us.

So, what compound in “Stabilized Oxygen” really worked to combat disease? Jim Humble persevered and became the extra-ordinary scientific detective who found out the Mystery!

It was the ingredient known as Sodium Chlorite. And, when activated by the proper protocol, using only FRESH, immediately squeezed lemon or lime juice (only), you will begin to smell a hint of chlorine, in the covered container. NB: It’s not wise to deeply breathe in chlorine, so don’t try to make a point of smelling it!

It took Jim 1,000 tests to refine his protocol to make the MMS be as efficacious as possible, and MMS goes far beyond what the basic Stabilized Oxygen formulas ever had been.

But don’t be fooled by that smell of chlorine. It is only in the air and not the solution, as the chlorine in the solution is still bound as a molecule called sodium chloriTe (NOT sodium chloriDe, known as “salt” NaCl).

Sodium chlorite is NaClO2 and it is MUCH different than chlorine. Sodium chlorite is the first form of the actual healing source of the Stabilized Oxygen, and the sodium chlorite is a very alkaline substance.

When sodium chlorite is neutralized by the weak organic acid in lemon or lime juice, it releases not oxygen, but rather Chlorine Dioxide. This is the amazing, potent, acid-targeting bio-missile in MMS.Chlorine dioxide must always generated exactly where it will be used.

Chlorine dioxide’s explosive power is highly-targeted into Healing in this case, as “Even a particle as small as one ion of chlorine dioxide will explode when it hits the right thing, namely a pathogen in the body or some other item more acidic than the body.”

I hope that you see the beautiful intricacy of this — acidity activates the homing-beacon of the chlorine dioxide molecule, and as you know, if you read this blog regularly, ACIDITY is the root-cause of ALL disease.

This is a tool that has a bio-scalpel’s precision to target and eradicate anything that is harmfully acidic in your body (and viruses, bacteria and cancer cells are notoriously acidic and hide in unhealthy, acidic sections of your body). Wow! Surgery without surgery.

It’s instant death for the pathogens that the single chlorine dioxide molecules target, as they wander most-deeply through your body, carried by your red blood cells, as one dose serially makes them over the next 12 hours after ingestion of MMS.

Jim explains more of the organic chemistry in his book, for those who want the details. It’s imperative to follow the mixing technique and timing, exactly, but it is a SIMPLE, quick process.

“… Basically, the chlorine dioxide ion is the oxidizer, not the oxygen. Check your chemistry book. Oxygen is not the only oxidizer. Any reaction in which electrons are transferred is considered oxidation.” The end products of sodium chlorite MMS, is water and harmless, minute amounts of salt, and sometimes a few unused chlorine dioxide molecules don’t find a target, so then they become hypochlorous acid, which is needed by your immune system. Unlike drugs, there are no toxic residues from MMS.

There you have your introduction to MMS – the first real, use-at-home tool to help target pathogens and diseased cells without using medicines and drugs (all of which have got various side effects, and rarely cost pennies a dose). Now you can target whatever should not be in your body, while keeping healthy tissue unharmed.

Use MMS as part of your civil defense emergency kit. Use it as an option if these horrible self-serving, drug-cartel laws to limit and forbid food supplements and herbal medicines are passed in the current Congressional session (yet again) and in the same war is being waged in European parliaments, too.

Remember, do NOT to use the organic vinegars to activate MMS; only use the amount of MMS and the accepted fresh-squeezed lemon or lime activators. Then dilute it with spring water or no-preservative apple juice (includes NO vitamin C added), according to the amounts and timing in Jim’s protocol.

Supposedly, you can use MMS everyday, once you have healed yourself of what is ailing you, in a much smaller preventative dose, as described in Part 1 of Jim’s book, available online for free at: www.miraclemineral.org   . You could also just take it once a week or once a month for prevention. Your body will be your guide, and you know your lifestyle needs.

It is important NOT to do this whole protocol too fast as you can release too many toxins too quickly (initiating a “healing crisis, Herx or Herxheimer Reaction”), unless you are dealing with a life-threatening disease, when you must create the healing crisis to save your life.

Hello Dear Reader,

As promised, here’s your checklist of easy, first-steps to Health for 2008, as we have discussed them so far. Apart from wanting a Healthy body for your own longevity and enjoyment, with mass epidemics on the horizon (like MRSA, ebola and more) and antibiotics failing, your first line of defense is your own body! How do you strengthen it to resist these scourges and any diseases that already concern you? Here’s some answers!

BASICS CHECKLIST:

1.   remove excess acidity thru your body’s 4 channels of elimination. Detox if you must, but this process and diet will also help you detoxify naturally. Discuss with your physician whether you can use any detox program, at all. The Master Cleanser is supposedly safe for some diabetics, but ask. Include massage and sweating (via sauna, if allowed, or by exercise) as often as you can.

2.   eat 80% alkaline foods every day, every meal or snack. Keep low on the Glycemic Index of foods, as well. Be willing to spend money on quality food. You definitely are what you eat and think. In my opinion, and in my own life, when money is tight, what I have goes into quality food.

3.   Become mindful. I am always aware that without Health, I have NOTHING. I make my choices accordingly. New clothes and DVDs, a great car or home is not as important, ever. Use a plant-based diet until you are well. Plants should be 75% of your diet, afterwards. It’s necessary for you, and kinder to our Mother Earth, too. Use only natural sweeteners, and only small amounts of them. Tiny amounts of blue agave nectar and (infrequently, organic maple syrup and raw honey [not for children under 3 years old] and stevia)  is my suggestion. Never use artificial sweeteners! http://www.blueagavenectar.com/manufacturingblueagavenectar.html 

Stay away from most fruits and all fruit juices until you are well. The best allowable fruits are lemon, lime, grapefruit (if your meds permit it), persimmon, raspberry, watermelon, pineapple, nectarine, mango, papaya, olive (in oil, not brine), tomato and avocado.

4.   drink 1 liter of alkaline water per 50 pounds of weight if your doctor OKs your kidneys are healthy. Ramp up the water you drink daily to this level over about 1 month’s time. Dr. Robert O. Young, PhD, would say per every 30 pounds of weight. If you are very ill with a chronic disease (other than one with deficient kidneys or inability to reduce edema), or if you are seriously overweight, then consider adding a couple more bottles, once you are comfortable at your maximum level. If you cannot find alkaline waters like Evamor or Essentia, then use the best natural spring water and always add half a lemon’s juice to every liter. The lemon will help to alkalize the water, and it will act as a light, natural diuretic. Do NOT drink fluoridated water, and lobby to get it out of your water system.

5.   Over a few weeks, wean yourself off caffeine from coffee, black teas and colas and other drinks containing it. Chocolate intake should be reduced to a tiny amount as infrequently as you can. Over time, the craving will decrease, as you get well.

6.   consider checking your pH daily via test-strips – saliva, urine or both. I suggest www.feelgoodfood.com as a knowledgeable source. To be Healthy, you MUST be alkaline! If you are very acidic, it may take months of this regimen before you start to see movement toward alkalinity. Your body knows how to Heal itself IF you give it the right tools.

7.   supplement with Vitamin D – you need it throughout the year in any latitudes north of Texas and Southern California (and the equivalent Southern Hemisphere latitudes), and even in those “sunny climes” during winter. Talk to your physician about taking chromium with GTF (glucose tolerance factor).

For plenty of calcium without animal dairy, eat dark green leafy veggies, sesame seeds, chia seeds and unsweetened, enriched almond milk, canned sardines with cooked bones (only a couple of times a week) or canned salmon as patè (use food processor and finish by mashing the bones well by hand) as non-dairy calcium sources. If you want animal dairy, use goat milk, goat or sheep milk cheese (less, as cheese is concentrated).

8.   calm down – use warm water, warm drinks, EFT therapy, music, Bach flower essences, meditation, yoga etc whatever you choose. Notice, I didn’t say “hot”!

9.   smile at yourself in the mirror several times a day, or just smile anytime at someone or in private. Just the action of smiling changes your biochemistry.

10.   initiate mild, moderate aerobic exercise.  Conversation-pace walking is enough. Try for 30 – 60 minutes a day, a minimum of 10,000 steps (get a pedometer); break the exercise time into sections, if you need to. Anything and everything counts. Also, do some weight-bearing, anaerobic exercise to build muscle to increase your metabolism. It can be accomplished by isometric exercise, too. You don’t need a gym.

11.  be willing to change your life-style. Become a role-model as soon as you can be. You can succeed as a caring leader to show others around you HOW you are achieving your success. 

  12.   take antioxidants – as food or naturally-sourced supplements. I suggest L-glutathione, quercetin, natural Vitamin C (camu-camu is a great source), natural Vitamin E with mixed tocopherols, alpha lipoic acid, co-Enzyme Q10 to protect your heart, selenium and zinc (except when already sick with colds, flu). If you are chronically ill, you might also add super-oxide dismutase (SOD), especially for nerve-related conditions. Discuss all this with a knowledgeable health practitioner, as anti-oxidants hold major benefit in today’s toxic world.

 13.   for immune-system regulation, healthy nerves and memory, take your  Omega-3 oils, from cold-water fatty fish, or supplements and from hemp seed oil or flax-seed oil or chia, hemp or flax seeds.  2 tablespoons a day of Omega-3 oils is necessary. Never cook with them. Keep them refrigerated at all times. The only oils to use for cooking are monosaturated extra-virgin, organic olive oil, macadamia nut oil or avocado oil. Healthy oils are one of your most important purchases! Food-grade chia seeds are another great, less known source of Omega-3s, as is hemp seed (each is better than flax seed, which goes rancid easily); seeds should be refrigerated in well-closed containers. The other Omegas, 6 and 9, are much more easily found in normal diets; in fact, most people are getting too many 6s and need many more 3s.

14.  use a whole sea salt like Celtic Sea Salt in moderation (available at Trader Joe’s, good health stores and www.celticseasalt.com Add a tiny pinch to any water that is not alkaline.

15.   use chlorophyll tablets or liquid from your health store to help you build your blood, especially if you do not eat lots of dark green leafy vegetables. Ask your doctor before doing this if you are on blood-thinnners or other medications. Chlorophyll is a very concentrated food.

16.   heal your gastro-intestinal system. All of your food is absorbed by your small intestine. You can be eating wonderful food and be facing  malnutrition. If you have bowel issues, especially food-allergy, Crohn’s, celiac sprue disease (gluten-intolerance), diverticulitis, constipation or irritable bowel disease, you need to heal your small intestine especially. Healthy probiotic flora from kefir and yoghurt bacteria capsules (yoghurt itself doesn’t contain enough) are a good start, along with chlorophyll and an aloe vera juice that does not contain the whole leaf. 17.   Eat at regular times while you are awake: every 4 hours, max. Have a plan about how you are actually going to reclaim your health, day by  day. Write it down. Hold yourself accountable. By being organized, you have more chance of success. Figure out where your road-blocks are and get others to help you strategize solutions. Make sure you include 3 meals and 2 snacks each 24 hours, and understand that breakfast is your most important meal, and lunch should be your largest meal; it’s OK to make them all equally moderate, too.

18.   get enough restful sleep and relaxation time. Simplify your life, so you can concentrate on regaining your Health. Once that is done, then maintain it through “prevention and attention” (TM) . Live long and prosper. Make a positive difference in the world, now that you can plumb the depths of your wellness and have an inexhaustable supply of energy, as is your natural birthright.

 I’ll flesh out these subjects and more as the year progresses, but start on this part now, especially becoming alkaline, so you have the best chance to really be healthy by December 2008.

My first 2008 post continues as a mini-road-map of how-to regain or maintain your health in simple, attainable, fast, inexpensive steps. You and your loved ones need to know this! Start at any time. Just make it soon. And, I’m adding more help here for you to follow, especially for those who have already started. Here’s a review of part of Lesson 1A, with my new additions inserted. It is a long post, but your Health is worth it.

And, this is my gift to you this year, so you will have the benefit of 40 years of my research as a Health Educator.

This is my mini-recipe for you to alleviate or even cure your diabetes (or other chronic diseases). Do it a step at a time. Don’t let the article overwhelm you. There aren’t many steps. Most is explanation and sources.

It is your responsibility to learn the details from all the sources mentioned and to discuss them with your (usually ignorant) physician.  Try to find a knowledgeable, accessable health practitioner offline or online.

Do continue to monitor your blood sugars daily; discuss medicine dose changes with your physician (they DO know about this), and monitor your pH daily.

Recipe – For cure and for prevention of ALL disease, to gain Health, you will need to work to regain and then maintain the alkaline design of your body.

To do this, in my opinion, you must:

___ daily remove excess acidity through the four channels of elimination (bladder, bowels, skin and lungs)

  •  By Lungs: remember to take deep belly-breaths! I try to watch and take 3 deep belly- breaths every 15 minutes, but it’s better to learn a therapeutic deep-breathing technique (so you can breathe properly and naturally, moment-by-moment) like Pranayama in yoga OR make sure to have some aerobic exercise (but this is really not enough).
  • By Skin:  to help detox further, perspire! And then benefit further from daily warm showers or baths, ending with cool water (as cold as you can stand with slight discomfort) OR immerse your legs safely into an ankle to knee-high bath of cool water and move them around, (if you cannot stand having the cool water on all of your body, this technique is suggested by Dian Dincin Buchman in her book “The Complete Book of Water Therapy”)
    OR
    use traditional hydro-therapy techniques from Naturopathic Medicine
    – find the protocol online. This process gets the lymph moving by muscular contractions and circulatory reactions to balancing excess cold by bringing in warmth and moving your body’s whole fluid system faster. Also, make sure the chlorine is filtered from your bath and shower water! (You can get filters that do this at good health stores or online.)
  • By bowel: have plenty of fiber from vegetables, other whole, unprocessed foods. Make sure that your bowel has good motility (i.e. that the nerves make the muscles work properly to move eveything along well). Magnesium citrate or maganesium taurate does this (do not use magnesium carbonate, as most people cannot absorb it well).
  • By Bladder: drink 6 – 8 (8 oz.) glasses of pure, spring water or alkaline water daily. NO tap water! (Tap water’s molecules are too large to enter your cells, as well as being the wrong shape to enter — so you can be drinking but still be mostly dehydrated!). All water should be at room temperature. More on this below. If you feel you are “retaining” water, then add a squeeze of lemon to your glass of water, as lemon is a natural diuretic, and is very alkalizing, also.
  • ___ eat in an alkaline way (Dr. Robert O.Young PhD at www.phmiracleliving.com has guidelines, especially in his books, and most of the recipes here on my blog will help.) Until you are well, this largely means maintaining a vegan vegetarian lifestyle, when you are most ill. Then, you can transition back to a little, specific-type animal protein, if you desire it. For example, after regaining Health, then some cold-water wild, fatty-fish can be re-instituted, as long as it is balanced-out, daily, by larger amounts of specified alkaline vegetable foods.

    At the very least, after Health is regained, the ratios for most of your daily meals should be 75% – 80% alkaline vegetables (and a few alkaline fruits), 10%  fatty-fish or vegetarian protein and 10% – 15% healthiest oils (hemp and flax – neither for cooking; olive oil – for cooking). Nothing is cast in stone. You can still enjoy meals with families and friends and eat out. Just be sensible and eat this way the vast majority of meals.

    (While you are ill, you must have the hemp/flax as they contain the vital Omega 3 oils you need for your brain and heart and to quell inflammation. Especially as you are not at the stage when you can eat any cold-water fish for them, you need to use the oils! Or, supplement with the Omega-3 essential fatty acids in capsules, at any time.)

    ___ supplement with Vitamin D — the sunshine vitamin, especially in winter, anywhere, and if you live in latitudes north of Texas and Southern California (or same latitude levels in Southern Hemisphere), you need to use Vitamin D at all times of year. Those areas don’t get enough or strong enough sunlight. Too many of us spend almost all our time indoors. Window glass blocks Vitamin D light wave-lengths, so sitting near a sunny window does not count. New guidelines have raised the requirement to 1,000 IU (international units) a day.

    This is best gained from a molecularly distilled, mercury-free, cod-liver fish oil, like Nordic Naturals or Carlson’s. Vitamin D is understood as incredibly vital. You can get flavored liquid or capsules of cod-liver oil sourced Vitamin D. www.nordicnaturals.com  www.carlsonlabs.com

    If, after you are definitely on the way to recovery from latent tissue acidosis (i.e. high acid in tissue and organ levels), then you may be able to add a few other acidic foods, in moderation, as long as they are balanced, daily, with alkaline foods of the proper concentration levels and amounts — i.e. you eat foods that are strongly alkaline enough to (largely) neutralize the extra incoming acidity.

    If you follow the 75% veggie rule, there’s no need to count calories or worry about how much you eat. You will never be hungry, and you will find, as you regain your Health, that most of the processed food tastes like the nutritional-disaster CR_P it really is. 

    ___ avoid some foods.   Highest on Dr. Young’s list of foods to avoid are: NO yeast, fermented products, microbial process products or mushrooms / fungi. Fermented products include: wines and other alcohols, vinegars, sauerkraut, pickles, miso, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Asian fish sauce etc. Some microbial products include: cheeses, natto, tempeh, yoghurt – there is even one bacterium in yoghurt that Dr. Jordan Rubin, ND prefers we would avoid (Lactobacillus thermopolis), but most yoghurts have it in the mix. However, Rubin also uses some fermentation processes, as he has found them to be beneficial, so what is used and how it is done may make a difference. Dr. Young makes a blanket-statement to avoid it. 

    Many cultures DO feel certain fermented products ARE healthful and fermentation, in some cases, increases the food’s nutrition by making it more bio-available. I suggest you wait until you are well again to decide about including certain fermented products that have proven themselves to be healthy e.g. miso.

    But, Dr. Young is always concerned about microbes; as a microbiologist, he would be! Breads, including sourdoughs, are yeast products, so avoid them.  When you are well, use baking soda and baking powder in any baked goods you eat, and forego the yeast. Yeast-overgrowth is a modern plague. Yeast (Candida albicans) is extremely and deeply invasive and damages many tissues and organs in our bodies; it must be curtailed.  Yeast is a manifestion of the Source of illness, in Dr. Young’s opinion. Contrary to modern medicine’s view that it is relatively benign, Candida albicans’ pleomorphic shenanigans promote serious disease.As he is a microbiologist, I have decided to respect Dr. Young’s opinion about the invasiveness of yeast and fungi spores in the human body and their mycoplasmic role in diseaseThat means yeast and all mushrooms and other fungi are off limits.

    This is also problematical, because Asians have a long history of using a few mushrooms as medicine (e.g. shitake, reishi and maitake), and other naturopathic physicians are still using them, seemingly effectively, as medicines (Dr. Jordan Rubin, ND at www.gardenoflife.com ), but for the moment, I am holding-off on them. You will have to decide. I may use them briefly, in medical preparations, if I have to, as the medicine may employ some other herbs which Balance out the danger. Another substitute therapy for many chronic and also for life-threatening diseases is MMS and I will mention it next time.

    Dr. Young and his family prefer to keep eating mostly on the alkaline side of the food chart, as vegans. You will have to decide your own food pathway, but only once you have returned to full Health.

    ___   check your pH daily! Monitor your progress as you return to health. Get your pH test kits from Debra Page Johnson at: www.feelgoodfood.com Over the years, I have watched Shelley and Dr. Young literally glow, more and more, with Health that is rarely seen these days. And dark-field microscopy of his blood, in real time photos, has shown how healthy it is. He certainly is pH balanced. Dr. Young walks-the-walk and doesn’t just talk about it!

    In one of the videos, at the last article’s link below, Dr. Young recently shows an audience real-time proof that his own saliva pH is testing very alkaline (about pH 8), a sign of Complete Health. Note: this is saliva pH at 8, which is completely different from desirable blood pH levels (which must be in a tight range of pH 7.36 to 7.42, otherwise illness and even death happen quickly).

    Different parts of the body require different pH zones, but overall, your body must be alkaline at the end of each day. Usually pH for saliva or urine is what is tested and you learn their acceptable ranges and monitor them as a signal for the rest of your body being in compliance or understanding its status.

    ___ calm down (as much as possible!) – as you follow an alkaline diet, this will begin to happen naturally, but meanwhile, learn stress-reduction, meditative techniques,  and watch the video at E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique)  http://www.emofree.com/   OR use Bach flower-essences, especially Rescue Remedy. All of these are great life-skill choices anyway.  Stress initiates a spiral of acidity inside your body, whereas alkalinity brings relaxation and calm.

     The Bach Rescue Remedy flower-essence formula was developed by a famous English (Harley Street) physician, Edward Bach, MD, DHom. and has safely and effectively been used for stress for about 80 years. All these flower essences work to re-Balance your body from emotional and physical traumas and re-tune them to Harmony, from the perfect vibratory pattern of a specific herbal flower (the pinnacle of the healing plant’s energy). It really works! 

     Sometimes it happens almost instantly; other times, the essences need a period of time to unravel the complexities. They are completely effective when used knowledgeably and are meant for self-use. Of course there are trained practitioners and books and that is worthwhile, too.     It’s also important to note that all tribal peoples use flower essences in one form or another; the Australian aborigines have a flower essence tradition that is 50,000 years old. Obviously, they are very effective medicines. They are probably Humanity’s oldest medicines.

    ___   smile, several times a day – even if you have to fake it in the beginning (this is a really important instinctual trigger for relaxation, alkaline biochemistry and the nervous system dominance of balance, rather than flight-or-fight). Smile several times as you wash your hands in the bathroom and get bio-feedback while looking in the mirror. This will help to jump-start this process.

    ___ initiate mild to moderate exercise (for those who are able). A walking-at-normal-conversation pace regimen is sufficient for a daily total of 45 minutes to an hour. Snippets of time count toward the total; it does not have to all be done at once; break it up to 10 – 15 minute segments during the day if you need to. Use a pedometer; a decent one costs about $10 – $15 and there are advanced versions, too. Aim to walk 10,000 steps a day, and all your moment-to-moment walking around counts, too. This is part of the fast-track.

    If you like to run, then do this as wind-sprints, rather than continuous running. Wind-sprints are when you use bursts of energy to run until near-tiredness, then slow down and even walk, all-the-while taking in deep breaths while you are huffing-and-puffing. Only resume another wind-sprint once your body seems to have recovered. If you notice, this is how children play, when given the chance, like in a natural game of tag or any game of soccer. When tested, many marathon and other types of hard-core runners show how beat-up they really are. Milder exercise works, with less trauma.

    In the winter, if you do not have access to a treadmill, then check out the suggestions for a specific rebounder trampoline or a new, high-tech, gentle, whole-body vibration machine at Dr. Young’s site at www.phmiracleliving.com   Do NOT just use any trampoline; most of them can cause nerve-damage. Look at his specific model. Please notice, he has no affiliate program, so I do not benefit monetarily at all for making these suggestions. That is true for all the websites I have suggested here now.

    If you are unable to walk or stand for long periods, then exercises done while sitting are still beneficial. Symphony concert conductors – with their hours of arm movement – were found to be the healthiest of all active people tested, as I remember studies in the 1980’s or so. The Arthritis Foundation has had information about seated exercise programs in the past, and may have videos available now. Leslie Sansone has many excellent walking routines for elders and any age or skill level.  www.lesliesansone.com

    ___   take anti-oxidants! Please understand that aerobic exercise, although beneficial, also releases huge amounts of free-radicals, so you need potent anti-oxidants in your diet or as supplements. L-glutathione, Quercetin and natural Vitamin E are important ones (“studies” debunking Vitamin E use have since been shown to be flawed and self-serving Pharma industry ploys). Important note: Any anti-oxidants must be taken 2 -4 hours away from any MMS dose! Otherwise they will neutralize the MMS so you would have no benefit from it.

    ___   start strength building, anaerobic exercise like lifting weights or isometric exercises also have a serious place in your life-style daily. These build muscle and this is where your energy level is made and maintained by the cellular furnaces called mitochondria.

    Please note that muscle weighs more than fat! It makes me SO upset that Bob and Jillian and the producers at television’s “The Biggest Loser” do not educate the public about that. Week after week, we see the tears and anguish of morbidly obese people who have worked so diligently, to seemingly “have lost NO weight!” or even”gained”. Oh my! As long as they were exercising and eating healthy food, then that weight gain is muscle!

    Having more muscle, then will burn more calories, and weight-loss will accelerate, and your blood sugars are likely to be better as more sugar is being utilized! Plateaus stalling your weight-loss are no longer likely to happen.

    ___   detoxify!

    If you can afford it, get a weekly, light therapeutic massage. Shelley Redford Young is a licensed massage therapist, and I know this is an integral part of the Young’s therapy. There are many kinds of massage, but in order NOT to dislodge too many toxins at one time period, (causing a temporary but disagreeable “Herx Reaction” – i.e. Herxheimer Reaction), then make sure that you start out with light massages. Later, especially in the hands of an experienced therapist, then discuss your need and if it is wise to do a deep-massage at any time.

    I found that when a massage therapist disregarded our naturopathic physician’s very precise instructions, the therapist set my daughter’s healing back at least 2 months, immediately, by releasing too many toxins. So understand this really can happen. Don’t just get a friend to give you massages, if they don’t know what they are really doing, either.

    ___ Take a sauna (preferably a far infra-red type) several times a week, if possible, as long as your doctor allows it, if you are a cardiac patient or have “high blood pressure, you need to get permission”. Sweating is another way to detoxify via the skin’s channels.

    Exercise’s main value is detox by getting your muscles to squeeze and move your lymph system, and oxygenation. 

    ___ eat the right kind of sea salt and drink lots of alkaline or pH neutral waters

    Work up to half of your body weight, in fluid ounces per day, over a month or more. If you have kidney problems already, discuss how and if to do this with your doctor (they DO know how to do this, too). Many diabetics have silent kidney disease, so ask your doctor to check this. You will make more bathroom pit-stops with alkaline water, as it is more effective in detoxification and it accelerates the exchange of better water into your cells, more hydration for them and more successful waste removal.

    For people with healthy kidneys, if you weigh 160 pounds, gradually work up to 80 fluid ounces of water a day or as close as you can get. And, add a  tiny pinch of Celtic Sea Salt ( http://www.celticseasalt.com  no other kind!) to each quart of spring water (no need to for each alkaline water — just use some daily on your food). The water-salt protocol is, as instructed, in Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelijd, MD’s expert book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” and http://www.watercure.com / and www.watercure2.org

    Do not use distilled water from plastic jugs sitting around in supermarkets. It is truly a dead product and has been severely polluted by estrogen-like compounds leached from the poor-quality plastic used in these jugs.

    If you get freshly distilled water from other machine sources, then know that ALL distilled water must be supplemented with chelated organic minerals unless you are just using it for a few days for detoxification (even to detoxify, it would be wise to add the good, needed minerals); these are minerals that are extra bio-available and have been made more organic by associations with amino acids. Ask at a health store for chelated minerals.

    Natural spring waters in glass bottles are best, but in America they are almost impossible to find anymore. Do NOT use “mineral” waters; your body cannot use the minerals in this inorganic form and it puts pressure on your body to eliminate them. All plastic is problematical due to estrogen-like plasticizer pollution which disrupts both male and female sex cycles and hormones. Some plastics are worse than others. Even polycarbonate is not exempt.

    Evamor water is the best alkaline water I have found, even though it is in plastic bottles now. Evamor is drawn from a healing spring used by the Choctaw Native Americans, for generations, so we understand that it is safe and efficacious. Decant Evamor into a porcelain, lead-free crock if you buy the Evamor in quantity, to get it out of the plastic as soon as possible!     Essentia water is also OK.

    Do not drink Trinity; it is high in naturally-occurring fluorine; that concerns me, as fluorine, in any form, is highly detrimental to the body — it’s not fit to be in our water-systems and basically is dumped hazardous waste. When science scrutanizes its “use” in dental cavity prevention, they find NO benefit. Keep fluoride out of your child’s body, and yours!

    Dr. Young also has proprietary designed water machines at his site. These produce not only alkaline water, but the water has superior ORP energy measurements that increase its healing potential to the highest realms.

    ___   plan your day, then month, then year. Put systems in place, to help you succeed in all aspects of your life. This does not turn you into a robot. Rather, it organizes and provides far more “free time” than you can imagine. It also helps you hold yourself “accountable” in a benign way.

     In the food realm, try to plan your menus or at least just have only healthy food in the house, so it can be made into tasty dishes you like. Raw plant food is healthier. Lighlty steamed plant food is acceptable. Frozen plant food is the least problematical of any other foods.

    ___   find and use recipes at vegan sites and from Dr. Young’s books and any from the other physicians who are writing about the need for pH Balance (yes, the movement is growing).

    ___   use chloropyll. It will help to build your blood very efficiently and quickly and it is alkaline so helps balance your pH. Chlorophyll is the green activated essence of plants that almost exactly mirrors our own blood. The chlorophyll molecule has a Magnesium ion in the center, whereas our blood has an Iron ion in the center. So new blood can be made amazingly fast for us, if we use chlorophyll since we exchange just one ion. That is just one of the underlying reasons dark-green leafy plant foods are SO beneficial for us.

    If you are on blood-thinners, like Coumadin or Warfarin, you must ask your physician about using chlorophyll and if on any other prescription medication, it would be wise to do so, too, as this is concentrated food.

    New basic-body cells (stem cells and new red blood cells) are made in the crypts of the small intestine (more than in bone marrow), from nutrient-rich blood.  So now you see why having MADE more blood via chlorophyll is important as it then helps you by: building quality tissues and organs faster, enriching your blood’s total nutrient carrying-capacity and also by increasing it’s oxygen carrying capacity. Bacteria, viruses, “cancer cells” and all other pathogens cannot live in a well-oxgenated environment. 

    Chlorophyll does stain clothing (so does MMS), so be careful. Chlorophyll is also available in capsules, but we have only used the liquid concentrate. It is possible to get mint-flavor, and that way it is quite palatable.

    Make sure to get it at your best health food store and follow the label or your doctor’s instructions. I think the brand our naturopathic physician had us get before my husband’s heart surgery was Nature’s Sunshine.     ___   heal your bowel  Your Health begins there!  Chlorophyll helps to keep your bowel safer and helps immune function, too. Aloe vera also helps, but you have to be select in which one you choose as using an indiscriminate botanical variety and using the whole leaf can give you a formula which is too harsh, instead of soothing. Do your due diligence here. Only certain botanical varieties are suitable and processing is critical.

Medicine is on the brink of monumental change, but you may not know about it! You can see the proof here. The media is totally silent; they are just raking in pharmaceutical ad money. Here’s what you need to know, especially if you are pre-diabetic, diabetic or dealing with any other chronic disease or temporary illness. 

First off, you need this information to change your Health this year! We are already one week into a new year, and what have you accomplished? Have you got your plan for Health together? Have you followed it already? Are you making excuses so far?  Get started! You can use a proven path here.

Hang onto your seat! Yes, now, you can have the benefit of being able to start the True Path to Health long before even your doctor will show you how. As stated by Neil Solomon, M.D., Ph.D. the former head of research at Johns Hopkins, “Dr. Young may be on the threshold of a new biology whose principles, if proven, could revolutionize the biology and medicine worlds.”

So, let’s begin. Who is Dr. Young? He’s a PhD microbiology professor from Utah and California, and is a great, great grandson of Brigham Young. As a scientist and former professor, he has labored, alone, for more than 25 years to show mainline Biology and Medicine that these disciplines definitely took a wrong-turn when following Pasteur’s Germ Theory of Disease, about 150 years ago.

Better yet, Young is also verifying and building on the work of brilliant French scientist Antoine Béchamp, who discovered Pleomorphism (the ability of one life-form to transform into another life-form — in this case bacteria into red blood cells and vice versa!) at the Pasteur Institute in Paris in the mid 19th century. Béchamp initiated the Theory of Bio-Terrain and vehemently opposed Louis Pasteur’s Germ Theory of disease — and most people today do forget that Pasteur’s thinking is just Theory.

However, thanks to Big Pharma seeing Opportunity, those pharmaceutical companies embraced Pasteur’s Theory and made it the mainline, drug-based Medicine — raking in the money by only treating symptoms, and never curing or even addressing the root cause. That has become the only way Medicine is being practiced now, except for “Alternative, Holistic, Complementary” Medicine.

Frankly, for all intents and purposes, except for the French and a few independent researchers like Dr. Young, research is not even happening outside the parameters and false-thinking generated by Pasteur! That’s why we have made NO progress towards CURING disease states.

Back to the real life detective case. It has taken about another 80 – 100 years before any another dedicated microbiologist could confirm Béchamp’s revolutionary observation of the transformation in-process, which he had meticulously documented in sketches in the pages of his scientific journals, (still existing in Paris). Young did verify, and he is bringing this revolution forward into the 21st century, where we can see its full importance, because he, alone, has found the reason for the transformation triggering itself.

You see, Young builds on the intervening research of giants in finding the tiny life-form: Antoine Béchamp, Gunter Enderlein, Wilhelm Reich, Gaston Naessens, Virginia Livingston, MD and others. But, Dr. Young is the first to have shown the most-minute details of this nano-bacteria’s life-cycle and its connection to the pH balance of the host body, with pH level as the trigger, initiating the cycle of Disease or the opposite cycle, a return to Health.

Astonishing, isn’t it? And, Dr. Young has shown these “microzymas“, as Béchamp called them, in video, so you can see the transformation which happens SO quickly that most microscopists were never able to see it at all.

The process took less than 40 seconds at the pace of the video, which I think was slowed-down considerably. Other times, when I read about it, I got the impression that the process is a MOMENTARY, fleeting, blink-of-the-eye type occurrence. That’s why so few microbiologists have ever seen it! The still photographs above were made by veteran microbiologist Tom Detwiler, of West Sayville, New York, who works for a prominent pharmaceutical company and does this research on his own time. Thanks, Tom!

Furthermore, researchers in Canada, Finland, Italy, France and elsewhere have also confirmed the microzyma’s existence and  pleomorphic behavior of this bacteria and confirmed that our blood  is “home” for this singular, tiny life-form, in its various guises (it’s a life-form which is way smaller than anything we knew). Other names for this bacterium are: microzyma, somatid, protid, bion, cell-wall deficient bacterium L-form, human bacterial endoparasite, T-bacillus and Progenitor Crytobacillus and it seems “eternal”, itself, while acting as the sole building block of all Life and holding our Death in its arsenal, too.

Dr. Young absolutely believes — and is proving — that the way western Medicine thinks about and treats disease is 180 degrees wrong and he shows us the True Path to Health.

By the way, in regard to the esteemed physican quoted above, a little less than twenty years ago, Dr. Neil Solomon, MD was one of my neighbors. He left his home, then in the Pacific Northwest, to go to Baltimore and Johns Hopkins, America’s premier research and teaching hospital, with his wife, daughter and very young son in tow. He was excited, as this was a wonderful opportunity, even for him, in the rarified top echelons of medicine, already. Over the years, we lost touch, but I can testify to the brilliance of this man, his usually mainline medical-thinking, his top-notch medical training and his passion for Truth. If Dr. Solomon can be convinced and then make the emphatic statement he made above, then Dr. Young IS truly on the cutting-edge to revolutionize all of Biology and Medicine. This single microscopical observation, and Young’s accompanying pH Theory of Disease and Health, IS that powerful, as it knocks out ALL the underpinnings of Pasteur’s Theory of disease.

By the way, did you know that Pasteur, himself, recanted his own Theory, on his death-bed, in favor of the Theory of Bio-Terrain? He did. But the powerful merchant-interests (drug companies and medical profession) pushed the flawed Theory forward, anyhow, as they saw major profits, and that has come to pass.

What’s more, the following is in Dr. Robert O. Young’s own words (the emphasis is mine):

For the first time, on the BASIC video: “this video tape depicts the mobility and progressive states of a pleomorphic form I discovered in the blood of a young woman with diabetes mellitus in March of 1994 over thirteen years ago. I have since found these highly pleomorphic forms in all cases involving infectious and degenerative symptomologies.

Pleomorphism of the red blood cells is a common denominator in all cases of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, MS, lupus, fibromyalgia, and AIDS …” This means these dis-ease states are situations where the person’s body tissues have become seriously acidic, instead of regaining the alkalinity, daily, which is needed for Health.

This is happening in diabetics because they are so acidic, that they have virtually lost their life-enhancing,  vital “alkaline reserve”!

The biological transformation or pleomorphism of a body cell, or specifically a red blood cell, is a remarkable indication of a compromise of the delicate alkaline pH of 7.365 and the body is in a defensive and preservation mode to buffer excessive dietary and metabolic acids. It is also an indication of an acidic imbalance of the small intestine, possible damage to the intestinal villi and congestion or impactions of the crypts of the villus where the erythrocytes or red blood cells are made.”

Anyone suffering from Crohn’s Disease, Celiac Disease or Sprue and Autism  have had severely compromised intestinal villi tissue under the microscope, so their bodies are not successfully building enough new “life” matter or energy to heal overloaded or damaged biological or neural systems. They particularly need to alkalinize!

Watch this video as it is the first of its kind to document the rod-shaped bacteria (Dr. Young named it Progenitor Crytobacillus) turning into human red blood cells!

And, from this first discovery in 1994, Dr. Young came to his theory, (mirroring that of Physics), that in Biology, also, ” matter cannot be created nor can it be destroyed — it can only change its form and its function to adapt to its surrounding environment“.

By now, in support of a classic explanation and continuation of the Theory of Bio-Terrain, Dr. Young states:

“Therefore bacteria must be a biological evolutionary transformation of what used to be a healthy organized plant, animal or human cell, even the human red blood cell. Bacteria cannot be the cause of disease but are only an expression of an acidic compromise of the internal milieu. Blood will transform into bacteria and yeast when its alkaline environment is compromised, from dietary and metabolic acids. This can be demonstrated in vitro and now has been documented in vivo.” Yes, we now SEE it actually happening inside a human, not just a test tube!

Reality is that our own biological homeostasis, i.e. being on a healthy, even keel, can be thrown away by improper diet, fearful or stressed thinking, and sluggish or efficient metabolism, without optimal, daily, detoxifying elimination!

Plus, the presence of “Germs” in your body is “the evidence of a compromised acidic environment” inside your body.

Please understand, as Dr. Young continues: “The key to health, energy and longevity is to maintain the alkaline design of the body and especially the alkaline body fluids at pH 7.365.”

And, get this, he continues, “Several years ago I showed this video to the head of Oncology and Hematology at the University of Vienna. His comment was this, “In the twenty years I have been teaching hematology I have never seen the evidence of pleomorphism until now.””

Bottom line is: after twenty-five years of cellular research Dr. Young has come to the following conclusions:

1) Microbes including bacteria, yeast, molds and viruses DO NOT CAUSE dis-ease or disease.

2) “Microbes are the biological transformative evidence of a changed or acidic internal body environment“, which happens by an inverted way of living, thinking and eating (these imbalances are the true cause of dis-ease or disease).

3) The germ is nothing; “the biological body-terrain is everything”.

4) “There is only one sickness and one disease — the over-acidification of the blood and tissues ” due to an imbalanced or inefficient way of living, eating, thinking and eliminating. And, there is only one cure — the re-alkalizing of your body’s fluids and tissues, while there is still time!

5) “The best cure for disease will be found in its prevention, not its treatment.” But, treatment for cure is possible and success is reasonably probable with discipline and time.

6) “The key to health, energy and longevity is to always, to daily maintain the alkaline design of the body.”

7) “All naturally-occurring metabolic and mental bodily functions are acidifying to the blood and tissues.”

8) “The most important discovery that I have made is that the body is alkaline by design and acidic by function.”

9) “There is no disease – there are only varying states of acid/alkaline imbalance.”

10) “Health and fitness is all about balance – alkaline balance. True health, energy, vitality, fitness and longevity is the expression of a clean alkaline internal environment.”

How do you know if you are successfully creating an alkaline body environment for your fluids and tissues? Monitor your pH. Test your morning urine pH each day. Ideally the first, morning pH should be at least 7.2 and ideally above 8.0. Use litmus paper pH test strips to do this. They are available at some pharmacies and online from Deborah Page Johnson, a very knowledgeable source, who also trained with Dr. Young at:

As Deborah says: “Not only is there acid rain in our outer world, but acid fluids destroying our inner terrain as well, silently doing damage. Because it seems cruel to let you know what is wrong and not give you a way of correcting it, we offer many pH products to help alkalize and balance your body pH levels”.

Here’s my mini-recipe for you to alleviate or even cure your diabetes. It is your responsibility to learn the details from all the sources mentioned and to discuss them with your (usually ignorant) physician. Do continue to monitor your blood sugars daily; discuss medicine dose changes with your physician (they DO know about this), and monitor your pH daily.

Recipe – For cure and for prevention of ALL disease, to gain Health, (by regaining and then maintaining the alkaline design of the body), in my opinion you must:

___ daily remove excess acidity through the four channels of elimination (skin, bowels, bladder and lungs)(learn Pranayama in yoga or another therapeutic deep-breathing technique).

To help detox further, have warm showers or baths, ending with cool water (as cold as you can stand with slight discomfort) OR immerse your legs safely into an ankle to knee-high bath of cool water and move them around, (if you cannot stand having the cool water on all of your body is suggested by Dian Dincin Buchman in her book “The Complete Book of Water Therapy”) OR use traditional hydro-therapy techniques from Naturopathic Medicine – find the protocol online. This process gets the lymph moving by muscular reactions and circulatory reactions to balancing excess cold by bringing in warm and moving the whole fluid system faster.

Also, make sure the chlorine is filtered from your bath and shower water! (You can get filters that do this at good health stores or online.)

___ eat in an alkaline way (Dr. Young has guidelines, and most of the recipes here on my blog will help.) Until you are well, this largely means maintaining a vegan vegetarian lifestyle, when you are most ill.

After regaining Health, then some cold-water wild, fatty-fish can be re-instituted, as long as it is balanced-out, daily, by larger amounts of specified alkaline vegetable foods. At the very least, after Health is regained, the ratios should be 75% – 80% alkaline vegetables (and a few alkaline fruits), 10% % fatty-fish or vegetarian protein and 10% – 15% healthiest oils (hemp and flax – neither for cooking; olive oil – for cooking)(while ill, you must have the hemp/flax as they contain the vital Omega 3 oils, especially as you are not at the stage when you can eat any cold-water fish for them! Or, supplement with the Omega-3 essential fatty acids.)

If, after you are well on the way to recovery from latent tissue acidosis (i.e. high acid tissue and organ levels), then you may be able to add other acidic foods, in moderation, as long as they are balanced daily, with alkaline foods of the proper concentration levels and amounts — strongly alkaline enough to (largely) neutralize the extra incoming acidity, but Dr. Young and his family prefer to keep eating mostly on the alkaline side of the food chart, as vegans.

___ calm down (as much as possible!) – learn stress-reduction and meditative techniques OR use Bach flower-essences. www.bachcentre.com  and www.nelsonbach.com

 Smile, several times a day – even if you have to fake it in the beginning (this is a really important instinctual trigger for biochemistry); smile several times as you wash your hands in the bathroom and get bio-feedback while looking in the mirror.

___ initiate mild to moderate exercise (for those who are able). A walking-at-normal-conversation pace regimen is sufficient for a daily total of 45 minutes to an hour. Snippets of time count toward the total; it does not have to all be done at once. Use a pedometer, and aim for 10,000 steps a day, just in your moment-to-moment walking around. This is part of the fast-track.

In the winter, if you do not have access to a treadmill, then check out the suggestions for a specific rebounder trampoline at Dr. Young’s site at www.phmiracleliving.com 

If you can afford it, get a weekly, light therapeutic massage. Take a sauna (preferably a far infra-red type) several times a week, if possible, as long as your doctor allows it, if you are a cardiac patient or have “high blood pressure“.

 Exercise’s main value is to get your muscles to squeeze and move your lymph system, in its goal to detoxify you; sweating also helps detoxify through the skin, so that is the real benefit of saunas (and far-infra-red saunas are the best form).

___ drink lots of alkaline or pH neutral waters – work up to half of your body weight, in fluid ounces per day, over a month or more. If you have kidney problems already, discuss how and if to do this with your doctor (they DO know how to do this, too).

If allowed, for example, if you weigh 160 pounds, gradually work up to 80 fluid ounces of water a day or as close as you can get. And, add a small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt ( http://www.celticseasalt.com/    no other kind!) to each quart of spring water (no need to for each alkaline water), as instructed in Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelijd, MD’s protocol, in his book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” and http://www.watercure.com/ and www.watercure2.org 

Do not use distilled water from plastic jugs sitting around in supermarkets. If you get freshly distilled water from other machine sources, then supplement it with chelated organic minerals.

Natural spring waters in glass bottles are best, but in America they are almost impossible to find anymore. Do NOT use “mineral” waters; your body cannot use the minerals in this inorganic form and it puts pressure on your body to eliminiate them.

Evamor water is the best alkaline water I have found, even though it is in plastic bottles now. Decant it into a porcelain, lead-free crock if you buy the Evamor in quantity, to get it out of the plastic! Essentia water is also OK. Do not drink Trinity; it is high in naturally-occurring fluorine; that concerns me. Read more at:
