Medicine is on the brink of monumental change, but you may not know about it! You can see the proof here. The media is totally silent; they are just raking in pharmaceutical ad money. Here’s what you need to know, especially if you are pre-diabetic, diabetic or dealing with any other chronic disease or temporary illness.
First off, you need this information to change your Health this year! We are already one week into a new year, and what have you accomplished? Have you got your plan for Health together? Have you followed it already? Are you making excuses so far? Get started! You can use a proven path here.
Hang onto your seat! Yes, now, you can have the benefit of being able to start the True Path to Health long before even your doctor will show you how. As stated by Neil Solomon, M.D., Ph.D. the former head of research at Johns Hopkins, “Dr. Young may be on the threshold of a new biology whose principles, if proven, could revolutionize the biology and medicine worlds.”
So, let’s begin. Who is Dr. Young? He’s a PhD microbiology professor from Utah and California, and is a great, great grandson of Brigham Young. As a scientist and former professor, he has labored, alone, for more than 25 years to show mainline Biology and Medicine that these disciplines definitely took a wrong-turn when following Pasteur’s Germ Theory of Disease, about 150 years ago.
Better yet, Young is also verifying and building on the work of brilliant French scientist Antoine Béchamp, who discovered Pleomorphism (the ability of one life-form to transform into another life-form — in this case bacteria into red blood cells and vice versa!) at the Pasteur Institute in Paris in the mid 19th century. Béchamp initiated the Theory of Bio-Terrain and vehemently opposed Louis Pasteur’s Germ Theory of disease — and most people today do forget that Pasteur’s thinking is just Theory.
However, thanks to Big Pharma seeing Opportunity, those pharmaceutical companies embraced Pasteur’s Theory and made it the mainline, drug-based Medicine — raking in the money by only treating symptoms, and never curing or even addressing the root cause. That has become the only way Medicine is being practiced now, except for “Alternative, Holistic, Complementary” Medicine.
Frankly, for all intents and purposes, except for the French and a few independent researchers like Dr. Young, research is not even happening outside the parameters and false-thinking generated by Pasteur! That’s why we have made NO progress towards CURING disease states.
Back to the real life detective case. It has taken about another 80 – 100 years before any another dedicated microbiologist could confirm Béchamp’s revolutionary observation of the transformation in-process, which he had meticulously documented in sketches in the pages of his scientific journals, (still existing in Paris). Young did verify, and he is bringing this revolution forward into the 21st century, where we can see its full importance, because he, alone, has found the reason for the transformation triggering itself.
You see, Young builds on the intervening research of giants in finding the tiny life-form: Antoine Béchamp, Gunter Enderlein, Wilhelm Reich, Gaston Naessens, Virginia Livingston, MD and others. But, Dr. Young is the first to have shown the most-minute details of this nano-bacteria’s life-cycle and its connection to the pH balance of the host body, with pH level as the trigger, initiating the cycle of Disease or the opposite cycle, a return to Health.
Astonishing, isn’t it? And, Dr. Young has shown these “microzymas“, as Béchamp called them, in video, so you can see the transformation which happens SO quickly that most microscopists were never able to see it at all.
The process took less than 40 seconds at the pace of the video, which I think was slowed-down considerably. Other times, when I read about it, I got the impression that the process is a MOMENTARY, fleeting, blink-of-the-eye type occurrence. That’s why so few microbiologists have ever seen it! The still photographs above were made by veteran microbiologist Tom Detwiler, of West Sayville, New York, who works for a prominent pharmaceutical company and does this research on his own time. Furthermore, researchers in Canada, Finland, Italy, France and elsewhere have also confirmed the microzyma’s existence and pleomorphic behavior of this bacteria and confirmed that our blood is “home” for this singular, tiny life-form, in its various guises (it’s a life-form which is way smaller than anything we knew). Other names for this bacterium are: microzyma, somatid, protid, bion, cell-wall deficient bacterium L-form, human bacterial endoparasite, T-bacillus and Progenitor Crytobacillus and it seems “eternal”, itself, while acting as the sole building block of all Life and holding our Death in its arsenal, too.
Dr. Young absolutely believes — and is proving — that the way western Medicine thinks about and treats disease is 180 degrees wrong and he shows us the True Path to Health.
By the way, in regard to the esteemed physican quoted above, a little less than twenty years ago, Dr. Neil Solomon, MD was one of my neighbors. He left his home, then in the Pacific Northwest, to go to Baltimore and Johns Hopkins, America’s premier research and teaching hospital, with his wife, daughter and very young son in tow. He was excited, as this was a wonderful opportunity, even for him, in the rarified top echelons of medicine, already. Over the years, we lost touch, but I can testify to the brilliance of this man, his usually mainline medical-thinking, his top-notch medical training and his passion for Truth. If Dr. Solomon can be convinced and then make the emphatic statement he made above, then Dr. Young IS truly on the cutting-edge to revolutionize all of Biology and Medicine. This single microscopical observation, and Young’s accompanying pH Theory of Disease and Health, IS that powerful, as it knocks out ALL the underpinnings of Pasteur’s Theory of disease.
By the way, did you know that Pasteur, himself, recanted his own Theory, on his death-bed, in favor of the Theory of Bio-Terrain? He did. But the powerful merchant-interests (drug companies and medical profession) pushed the flawed Theory forward, anyhow, as they saw major profits, and that has come to pass.

Dr. Young is the only one of these scientists who has put forth a cohesive theory as to WHY this process is the CORE of Health and HOW to utilize this information to fully implement it for regaining and maintaining Health.

What’s more, the following is in Dr. Robert O. Young’s own words (the emphasis is mine):
For the first time, on the BASIC video: “this video tape depicts the mobility and progressive states of a pleomorphic form I discovered in the blood of a young woman with diabetes mellitus in March of 1994 over thirteen years ago. I have since found these highly pleomorphic forms in all cases involving infectious and degenerative symptomologies.”
“Pleomorphism of the red blood cells is a common denominator in all cases of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, MS, lupus, fibromyalgia, and AIDS …” This means these dis-ease states are situations where the person’s body tissues have become seriously acidic, instead of regaining the alkalinity, daily, which is needed for Health.
This is happening in diabetics because they are so acidic, that they have virtually lost their life-enhancing, vital “alkaline reserve”!
” The biological transformation or pleomorphism of a body cell, or specifically a red blood cell, is a remarkable indication of a compromise of the delicate alkaline pH of 7.365 and the body is in a defensive and preservation mode to buffer excessive dietary and metabolic acids. It is also an indication of an acidic imbalance of the small intestine, possible damage to the intestinal villi and congestion or impactions of the crypts of the villus where the erythrocytes or red blood cells are made.”
Anyone suffering from Crohn’s Disease, Celiac Disease or Sprue and Autism have had severely compromised intestinal villi tissue under the microscope, so their bodies are not successfully building enough new “life” matter or energy to heal overloaded or damaged biological or neural systems. They particularly need to alkalinize!
Watch this video as it is the first of its kind to document the rod-shaped bacteria (Dr. Young named it Progenitor Crytobacillus) turning into human red blood cells!
And, from this first discovery in 1994, Dr. Young came to his theory, (mirroring that of Physics), that in Biology, also, ” matter cannot be created nor can it be destroyed — it can only change its form and its function to adapt to its surrounding environment“.
By now, in support of a classic explanation and continuation of the Theory of Bio-Terrain, Dr. Young states:
“Therefore bacteria must be a biological evolutionary transformation of what used to be a healthy organized plant, animal or human cell, even the human red blood cell. Bacteria cannot be the cause of disease but are only an expression of an acidic compromise of the internal milieu. Blood will transform into bacteria and yeast when its alkaline environment is compromised, from dietary and metabolic acids. This can be demonstrated in vitro and now has been documented in vivo.” Yes, we now SEE it actually happening inside a human, not just a test tube!
Reality is that our own biological homeostasis, i.e. being on a healthy, even keel, can be thrown away by improper diet, fearful or stressed thinking, and sluggish or efficient metabolism, without optimal, daily, detoxifying elimination!
Plus, the presence of “Germs” in your body is “the evidence of a compromised acidic environment” inside your body.
Please understand, as Dr. Young continues: “The key to health, energy and longevity is to maintain the alkaline design of the body and especially the alkaline body fluids at pH 7.365.”
And, get this, he continues, “Several years ago I showed this video to the head of Oncology and Hematology at the University of Vienna. His comment was this, “In the twenty years I have been teaching hematology I have never seen the evidence of pleomorphism until now.””
Bottom line is: after twenty-five years of cellular research Dr. Young has come to the following conclusions:
1) Microbes including bacteria, yeast, molds and viruses DO NOT CAUSE dis-ease or disease.
2) “Microbes are the biological transformative evidence of a changed or acidic internal body environment“, which happens by an inverted way of living, thinking and eating (these imbalances are the true cause of dis-ease or disease).
3) The germ is nothing; “the biological body-terrain is everything”.
4) “There is only one sickness and one disease — the over-acidification of the blood and tissues ” due to an imbalanced or inefficient way of living, eating, thinking and eliminating. And, there is only one cure — the re-alkalizing of your body’s fluids and tissues, while there is still time!
5) “The best cure for disease will be found in its prevention, not its treatment.” But, treatment for cure is possible and success is reasonably probable with discipline and time.
6) “The key to health, energy and longevity is to always, to daily maintain the alkaline design of the body.”
7) “All naturally-occurring metabolic and mental bodily functions are acidifying to the blood and tissues.”
8) “The most important discovery that I have made is that the body is alkaline by design and acidic by function.”
9) “There is no disease – there are only varying states of acid/alkaline imbalance.”
10) “Health and fitness is all about balance – alkaline balance. True health, energy, vitality, fitness and longevity is the expression of a clean alkaline internal environment.”
How do you know if you are successfully creating an alkaline body environment for your fluids and tissues? Monitor your pH. Test your morning urine pH each day. Ideally the first, morning pH should be at least 7.2 and ideally above 8.0. Use litmus paper pH test strips to do this. They are available at some pharmacies and online from Deborah Page Johnson, a very knowledgeable source, who also trained with Dr. Young at:
As Deborah says: “Not only is there acid rain in our outer world, but acid fluids destroying our inner terrain as well, silently doing damage. Because it seems cruel to let you know what is wrong and not give you a way of correcting it, we offer many pH products to help alkalize and balance your body pH levels”.
Here’s my mini-recipe for you to alleviate or even cure your diabetes. It is your responsibility to learn the details from all the sources mentioned and to discuss them with your (usually ignorant) physician. Do continue to monitor your blood sugars daily; discuss medicine dose changes with your physician (they DO know about this), and monitor your pH daily.
Recipe – For cure and for prevention of ALL disease, to gain Health, (by regaining and then maintaining the alkaline design of the body), in my opinion you must:
___ daily remove excess acidity through the four channels of elimination (skin, bowels, bladder and lungs)(learn Pranayama in yoga or another therapeutic deep-breathing technique).
To help detox further, have warm showers or baths, ending with cool water (as cold as you can stand with slight discomfort) OR immerse your legs safely into an ankle to knee-high bath of cool water and move them around, (if you cannot stand having the cool water on all of your body is suggested by Dian Dincin Buchman in her book “The Complete Book of Water Therapy”) OR use traditional hydro-therapy techniques from Naturopathic Medicine – find the protocol online. This process gets the lymph moving by muscular reactions and circulatory reactions to balancing excess cold by bringing in warm and moving the whole fluid system faster.
Also, make sure the chlorine is filtered from your bath and shower water! (You can get filters that do this at good health stores or online.)
___ eat in an alkaline way (Dr. Young has guidelines, and most of the recipes here on my blog will help.) Until you are well, this largely means maintaining a vegan vegetarian lifestyle, when you are most ill.
After regaining Health, then some cold-water wild, fatty-fish can be re-instituted, as long as it is balanced-out, daily, by larger amounts of specified alkaline vegetable foods. At the very least, after Health is regained, the ratios should be 75% – 80% alkaline vegetables (and a few alkaline fruits), 10% % fatty-fish or vegetarian protein and 10% – 15% healthiest oils (hemp and flax – neither for cooking; olive oil – for cooking)(while ill, you must have the hemp/flax as they contain the vital Omega 3 oils, especially as you are not at the stage when you can eat any cold-water fish for them! Or, supplement with the Omega-3 essential fatty acids.)
If, after you are well on the way to recovery from latent tissue acidosis (i.e. high acid tissue and organ levels), then you may be able to add other acidic foods, in moderation, as long as they are balanced daily, with alkaline foods of the proper concentration levels and amounts — strongly alkaline enough to (largely) neutralize the extra incoming acidity, but Dr. Young and his family prefer to keep eating mostly on the alkaline side of the food chart, as vegans.
Smile, several times a day – even if you have to fake it in the beginning (this is a really important instinctual trigger for biochemistry); smile several times as you wash your hands in the bathroom and get bio-feedback while looking in the mirror.
___ initiate mild to moderate exercise (for those who are able). A walking-at-normal-conversation pace regimen is sufficient for a daily total of 45 minutes to an hour. Snippets of time count toward the total; it does not have to all be done at once. Use a pedometer, and aim for 10,000 steps a day, just in your moment-to-moment walking around. This is part of the fast-track.

If you can afford it, get a weekly, light therapeutic massage. Take a sauna (preferably a far infra-red type) several times a week, if possible, as long as your doctor allows it, if you are a cardiac patient or have “high blood pressure“.
Exercise’s main value is to get your muscles to squeeze and move your lymph system, in its goal to detoxify you; sweating also helps detoxify through the skin, so that is the real benefit of saunas (and far-infra-red saunas are the best form).
___ drink lots of alkaline or pH neutral waters – work up to half of your body weight, in fluid ounces per day, over a month or more. If you have kidney problems already, discuss how and if to do this with your doctor (they DO know how to do this, too).
If allowed, for example, if you weigh 160 pounds, gradually work up to 80 fluid ounces of water a day or as close as you can get. And, add a small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt ( http://www.celticseasalt.com/ no other kind!) to each quart of spring water (no need to for each alkaline water), as instructed in Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelijd, MD’s protocol, in his book “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” and http://www.watercure.com/ and www.watercure2.org
Do not use distilled water from plastic jugs sitting around in supermarkets. If you get freshly distilled water from other machine sources, then supplement it with chelated organic minerals.
Natural spring waters in glass bottles are best, but in America they are almost impossible to find anymore. Do NOT use “mineral” waters; your body cannot use the minerals in this inorganic form and it puts pressure on your body to eliminiate them.
Evamor water is the best alkaline water I have found, even though it is in plastic bottles now. Decant it into a porcelain, lead-free crock if you buy the Evamor in quantity, to get it out of the plastic! Essentia water is also OK. Do not drink Trinity; it is high in naturally-occurring fluorine; that concerns me. Read more at:
